I've purchased jewelry from them a few times now, and the quality has always been great. People compliment my rings all of the time. My most recent purchase unfortunately has a shipping issue, and when I reached out to Louily, they sent me a new one right away.

I bought rings on buy one get one free offer. Wheb the rings arrived the rings looked so cheap and the stones did not match the description I messaged the seller for refund I was told to send them. Back to China at my own expense which cost me £28 tracked and signed for Still Waiting for the refund I have provided tracking number with royal mail RN729088895GB. They tried to offer me a partial. Refund of $38 dollars when the ring cost $148 NO REFUND AS YET AND SELLER DOES NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER I would. Give this seller 0 rating
