I have to admit that I have become addicted to Louily jewelry! I have ordered so many rings and earrings from you over the past few months that I have run out of room in my jewelry box. Your BOGO deal makes it impossible to resist. Every item I have ordered has exceeded my expectations. I get so many compliments on everything. Shipping times are not too bad. I usually receive my orders within 14 days. The packaging is wonderful and the customer service is always excellent. I really need to find a support group at this point. Or a bigger jewelry box!

Love love my rings. They are beautiful!! They are a little big but I knew that they would be. My ring size is 3.75 and the smallest size hit carry is a 4. You did not disappoint that’s for sure.

I took advantage of the buy-2-get-1 promotion and ended up with two beautiful rings—a sapphire ring and a transparent simulated diamond ring—and I couldn’t be happier with both. The sapphire ring looks quite authentic and the simulated diamond is much prettier in person. I did run into a hiccup with my order—PayPal defaulted to an old shipping address, and I was worried after reading some reviews about slow customer service. Louily responded quickly (in one days) and updated my address in time. I received my rings in Los Angeles on July 18, 2025, after placing the order on July 4. Hope this review helps anyone who are considering to buy a simulated diamond ring from Louily.
