I ordered two rings from them, one “emerald” and one “sapphire” and received a package from them yesterday. The sapphire was perfect and the right size. The other ring was not even close to what I ordered. It was too big, and had a huge yellow stone and all sorts of glittery stuff around the main stone. I have small hands and no way would I order anything like this. I have contacted them twice and no response. I will never wear this monstrosity and while I love the other ring, I will not be likely to order from them again is they can’t even correspond with me about their error.

I love the rings I purchased. Compared to my real diamond rings, they sparkle so much more and make the real ones look dingy.

Dear Flo, Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re so happy to hear you love your rings and that they add extra sparkle compared to your real diamonds. We truly appreciate your support! Best Regards, Louily Jewelry Customer Service Team
