If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Their website looks legit but seems like the order was assembled from someone's garage. I ordered flowers with macarons for my mom's bday, paid $100 + $20 shipping and said it would be delivered by that date. Why would a company deliver fresh flowers and ship via USPS? My mom received the flowers a week after her bday and they are wilted. The macarons came cracked and in pieces and the order wasn't assembled as pictured. The label on the package was also wrong. They put my name as the recipient and someone else's name (probably who assembled it from their garage) as the sender. And no, they don't provide refunds! Do not order from them!!

Paid 118.52 for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They currently show delivered as of 2/17, but nothing arrived. The response from the company was an automated message about having a policy that they do not offer refunds due to delays. After telling them that the delivery service shows delivered, but nothing was received, they said that was on the delivery company. At this point I'm nearly certain this is a scam company that never did anything at all except defraud it's customers.

Terrible store, ordered for Valentine’s Day, kept getting delayed and just received today on the 17. Could not reach customer service at all. Flowers arrived wilted and not at all as pictured. Terrible. The card did not include what I wrote at all and was very cheap. $150 wasted.

Bad, wrong items sent. Make you click an agreement that states no refunds/returns before buying & they are to substitute items. Okay? What about notifying me? Or give me an option to cancel the order…No it’s you get whatever. Now I spent $100 on shit I didn’t even want! Reached out to customer service and this is what they told me. Unbelievable, Im willing to drop it off at the business and get my refund because this is not a service that I paid for! I hate what they sent me instead of what I wanted and if they don’t have what I want, I would have canceled the order. They don’t update the items on their website so any item you decide to buy is like playing roulette. Who thought of this scam? You count your days, you’re thieving on vulnerable people. Charging me $80 and $20 for delivery with no option for pick up at their business. I live right next to them. EVERY THING about this company is by screwing people over and hitting you over the head.

Just ordered a gift basket for a friend. Got an email saying i needed to wire the payment even though they already charged my checking. Will not be using. Canceled my whole order. I dont feel safe sending additional payment via wire transfer, after already being charged to my checking

My friend received her flowers all moldy and dead! They wouldn't give me a refund! Even after receiving the pictures of the moldy flowers! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

The customer service is very poor, the team is rude, and they have no ability to help you with any of your questions. A small shop in your area is always better than this type of company.
