Thank you so much for your feedback, Ann! We’re really glad to hear your flowers arrived on time and that our driver made sure to knock upon delivery. We also truly appreciate you pointing out the rose color difference. While some flower substitutions can happen based on freshness and availability, we understand how this may have affected your expectations for the arrangement. Your feedback is very helpful and will be shared with our floral team as we continue improving both our product photos and substitutions. Thank you again for ordering with us and for taking the time to leave a thoughtful review!
