Los Angeles BloomsReviews of losangelesblooms.com

So bad, never again!! I wish I saw these reviews. Order a special mint chocolate cake for daughter's 17th birthday, received cookies and cream cake, no one likes!!! Also sent in regular cake bakery box in cardboard box, no cooling or support, basically it was a smashed cake. When contacted customer service they noted they can send substitute and it's the customer's fault on the way it's delivered!!! I didn't know this was a communist company, where you pay, they tell you what you'll get and don't care. I think they do this on purpose

I would give negative stars. Did not fulfill order sent dead flowers melted chocolate and cheap champagne when I ordered and paid for veuve. Refused to fix or refund. Fraudulent company do not use.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, arrived late and dead to my friend who just got engaged. The flowers were rotted and absolutely disgusting. This business is a joke.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom, but they arrived LATE by 2 days even though I placed the order in advance. I notified their customer service team and was not properly compensated despite me showing photographic evidence that flowers were delivered late. Also the flowers I ordered were not as pictured - I ordered pink tulips and they ended up being mostly yellow. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Please stay away !! Fraudsters. I would give them 0 if I could! Gave me a cheap bottle of champagne when I ordered Veuve. Said that there was nothing they could do about it. Seems like a common theme with other customers. Will never order from them again ! They will not give you what you ask for !

I ordered 5 nice succulent plants for our new offices and what arrived was 5 cheap arrangements with an entirely different vase, plant, and weird tacky decorations added in a pathetic attempt to look nicer. This company is such a scam and their customer service is no help as they are adamant that the substitutions they made were acceptable: spoiler alert they are NOT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will not receive what is in the photos and you will be terribly upset. Please don't waste your money

The substitutions this company makes to orders are ridiculous. I totally understand swapping out one flower in a bouquet but sending an entirely different bouquet then the one ordered is kind of wild…Whats the point of even having online descriptions of products if the delivered items are completely different.

A total FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
