I ordered the beautiful Golden Edged Sansevieria Trifasciata for my daughter's birthday. Not only did I not receive any notice that the plant was out of stock and we needed a substitute, but the substitute is absolutely tiny and unhealthy. It's a joke by comparison. I emailed the owners and received back a form email explaining that 'substitutions were normal' etc. Sure, I don't mind a substitution, but that should AT MINIMUM match what I ordered, or give me a choice, Neither happened. I asked for a replacement and was refused. Wow. Never, ever again - don't do it either!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY Received a rotting bouquet and cannot get a hold of the company via any means. Business address is a HOTMAIL address. A total SCAM; this company should be prosecuted

I sent my Aunt flowers for her birthday. They were NOTHING like what I’d ordered and were half dead and broken. The company told me it was an acceptable level of service for them and refused to refund me. 150 dollars wasted and I am appalled at what they say is “customer service”. The staff have been incredibly rude.

They deserve a zero star if there's an option. I ordered a Moet & Chandon Imperial brut and a large blended blooms mixed rose bouquet. I paid GBP 183 and they delivered a cheap local wine and pathetic flowers. It was a surprise birthday gift for a dear friend. Never ever order from them as they cheat on people. Pathetic customer service as they will keep replying every time to state that the damage has to be reported with pictures even if you are reporting that what you ordered was not what they delivered!!!! Do not get duped. They are liars and even the feedback link they sent in their delivery confirmation was malicious!!!!! Pathetic customer service and experience. Would recommend never to order from LA blooms.

This company will take your money and will not deliver. If you reach out for a resolution, you will be inaccurately blamed or they will point to a "policy" (copying and pasting from their customer support agent) "We are under no obligation to refund or credit a customer for any delay, non-delivery, misdelivery or failure to perform." After my efforts to correct the situation, I am convinced this is a fraudulent business. You can't get through on the phone, the domains change at almost every interaction, and until recently they have only five-star reviews on Google that all came in at the exact same time and without context. I am genuinely scared that I attempted to transact with them and now they have my information.
