Love this app. When I had issue they were able to help very quickly to get things resolved.

I paid $0.99 for the free trial. I made sure to cancel my subscription before the trial had ended. When you do that, it takes you to a very misleading page that says, "We'll Really Miss You!" and you think you have successfully canceled. But in fine print it tells you that you have to email them in order to really cancel. I ended up getting charged $120 without my knowledge ($60 every 3 months). Not only did I not agree to this, but their app advertises $40 ANNUALLY. So they charged me $80 more than I would have previously thought. No matter how you look at it, that's wrong. They're going to steal your money. I have been working hard with PayPal and Loóna to get a refund. So far, I have been denied, and now they aren't responding to me. I am beyond angry, and I really did not need this extra headache. Soooo unprofessional and terrible customer service. It looks like I'm not the only one they have done this to either. Just disgusting and infuriating. DO NOT give them access to your money. They cannot be trusted.

This has been a very nice app for helping fall asleep. I like the whole thing. I’m still learning new things about the app and I also got excellent customer service when I had a question.

I wasn't sure that this would work for me but it has been awesome! I'm not clear on why or how, but my racing thoughts have simmered down & I'm falling asleep much faster & more easily. I really enjoy having this as part of my bedtime routine!

I love this app! It has helped me immensely. I love the stories and the male narrators. For some reason only male voices put me to sleep. Lol. I think I just prefer deeper tones. The stories are so calming, interesting and very detailed. I just wish there were more, since I’ve already gone through all of them. I know it takes time to make each one so I’ll just revisit my favorites until a new one made. I highly recommend this app if you have trouble getting to sleep.

I signed up for the $1 trial, then was charged for the yearly subscription in Dec. Three months later they have charged me a second time! I have emailed them twice within a week and haven't had a reply. Very poor customer service!
