I recently purchased two pairs of glasses from LOOK OPTIC and absolutely love the quality and style. I did have to return one pair, and Andy made the whole process quick and effortless. My order was lost by fed ex in Indianapolis. I notified LOOK OPTIC when I realized it wasn’t shipped out of Indianapolis. Customer Service was on it immediately and had a new pair overnight. I received them today and love the glasses. I am so impressed to have actual expert customer service that you don’t see often these days. Thank you!

I had an issue with a return/exchange floating around somewhere in the mail system, and Andy was quick to arrange for the exchange to process right away without having to wait! Of the primary components that keep a business growing, Customer Service is right there at the TOP. Gaining a new customer is always a success, but keeping customers will establish a lasting reputation which will reinforce long-term growth. LOOK Optic is a shining example of a company that exemplifies QUALITY service and care. Over the last 7 years, I've purchased 5 pairs of readers, converting 2 of them to prescription. I bought my first pair of grey/smoke Sullivan readers at Paul Stuart NYC, because of their styling, quality of materials, and comfort. The arm hinges provide additional throw, so putting them on and taking them off is effortless. Unfortunately, I lost those glasses a couple years later. :( As a result, I bought 2 more pairs from the LOOK Optic web-site in honey and tortoise. They arrived in sleek packaging which included a protective [and nicely hemmed] felt sleeve. I've received TONS of amazing compliments on the styling! :) Another year later, my eyesight required prescription lenses. My optometrist was able to fit new lenses into my existing Sullivan frames without any issues, so I was very pleased, no need for new frames. The glasses have been durable. However, one of the arms on my tortoise pair began to wear down and is nearly broken. I inspected the hinge and the metal loop is cracked, so the open/close action is very loose. It will likely fail soon. I contacted their Support chat, and they were extremely helpful; they didn't hesitate to work with me with an amazing accommodation for the trouble, and I received an additional discount on another new pair! Many companies are moving to a Tier 1 "chat only" or even a "chat bot" support model. While I do enjoy speaking with a human being, LOOK Optic's chat feature was executed very well, making it an enjoyable experience. The support rep's questions were brief, but intentional. She was incredibly friendly, and based on the responses, I'm prrrrrrretty sure she was human. LOL :) Their fine customer service was not based on technology; it was based on PROMPT ACTION. My trust and confidence in LOOK Optic was already high, but after this flawless experience, I will say that their Support model reflects the same quality, fit, and finish as their remarkable products they support. Flawless approach to securing customer loyalty! WELL DONE!! :) :) :)

A delay in the shipping process caused the company to contact me directly. The staff has been wonderful through the process. The service is the top level quality expected from a company with top quality glasses. And they are! I love my new progressive readers. This is just what I needed after struggling with regular, and cheap, readers. These are great for the variety of activities I do in the home, reading, knitting, watching sports on tv and cooking. They are so light weight that I am amazed at the comfort in wearing them. Thank you Look Optic and Andy.
