I had a problem with a frame type and as soon as I contacted customer service, they reached out and immediately rectified the situation. Very friendly and great attention to detail with this company - plus cute glasses too!!

Extremely pleased with all 3 glasses I received. Unfortunately, one of them happened to break while wearing them. I contacted customer service and it was painless. They’re sending a replacement right away. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. So happy that I happened to stumble upon them.

The frames don’t keep the shape, irrespective how much you bend them. The lens is plastic and impossible to keep clean. Customer service did not respond to my email, albeit they claim to stand behind their product. It behooves me that celebrities can justify backing this junk.

My shipment got lost by USPS and I was leaving for a trip so I reached out to see if a replacement could be sent. If the other package turned up I would return them. Andy from Look Optic expedited another pair with one hour….“Thank you!! This is my second purchase from you guys. I have to admit I tried other brands after my first pair and realized I was an idiot and they were all a waste of money. So I came back full circle to Look Optic. You have just solidified my decision to never stray elsewhere again. Thanks for the great customer service.”

I had a great experience with Look Optic’s customer service! I absolutely loved the look of the glasses I ordered, but they ended up being just a bit too big for my smaller face, so the progressives didn’t quite work for me. I reached out and Angel got back to me quickly with such kindness and understanding. The process was seamless and my refund was taken care of right away. While this pair wasn’t the perfect fit, the service I received was great —I would absolutely order from them again!
