I purchased a pair of readers (Cosmo) and loved them immediately! Unfortunately the little screw that keeps the arm on fell out. I was so bummed but thought I'd reach out. I did and received the nicest email from Andy saying he was shipping me out a new pair! WHAT!!!??? WOW. What great customer service. Look Optic is legit - I'm a happy customer.

I started wearing my progressives and have not had any trouble adjusting to them. I put my drugstore readers in a drawer and now have three pairs of progressives and get compliments on them all the time. You have made a good product.

The glasses are so cute, but the glass popped out of one side very soon after receiving.

I love my glasses. They are better than my prescription glasses. I look forward to get another pair.

I ordered a pair of readers and paid $60. They were too small/narrow. I returned them, and I only received $39 back. I regret giving them a try and have made sure others know the scam. I would NEVER recommend.

Hi, We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'd like to look into this for you, as our return processing fee is $8.00, so the refund amount you mentioned doesn't sound right. We've reached out to request some additional information, including your order number, so we can review your refund and make sure everything was processed correctly. We'll also verify whether your order was purchased with a significant promotional discount, as refunds are based on the amount originally paid after any discounts are applied. Please reply with your order number, and our CS team will be happy to investigate this further. Thank you, The LOOK OPTIC Team

Very fast customer service. Great quality. This is my 4th pair and the only brand I will wear for readers.

Once again, Look Optic's customer service team was very responsive, professional and offered great service all around. I had previously contacted customer service to request help ordering my favorite pair of glasses that were no longer available online. However, I failed to specify that I wanted the progressives instead of the plain readers. When I pointed out my error, I was quickly provided a label to return the 2 pairs and a replacement order was made by customer service, honoring an ongoing sale! Easy and efficient! I love my look optics and love that the customer service matches the quality of the glasses!
