The restaurant had a very bad and strong smell as soon as you come in. You can see between the cushions the dirt Everything else was excellent.

My name is William Hammmond, my daughter, grandson, and I entered Longhorn steakhouse in Dougla, Ga at approximately at 5:30pm. I we placed order with waitress Amanda W. The food took an extremely long time to get to our table. The food didn't arrive until 6:30 pm. There was a large party in the restaurant that that most of the servers were focused on attending to. While guest seemed to be ignored. I ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich with fries, but the sandwich came out as a grilled chicken sandwich. The waitress Amanda was not attentive to our table and was not professional or polite. We asked for refills on our drinks which we order Coke Zero which my family didn't receive. The Food was good, but the service was subpar at best. The large party in the restaurant appeared to be the main focus for the waitresses. I normally do not have problems at this restaurant. However, the service and attention to detail for my families order and experience was anything but good.

I bought 2 full slab of ribs, they were so small, not like they use to be. I also ordered bacon for 2 burgers because they didn't have the bacon burger option on their website, but they only put bacon on 1 burger, what did I pay for????, it should've been on both burgers. Yesterday is my last time I will ever get Longhorn Steakhouse, I am switching to Outback and Texas Roadhouse, I don't need to be spending as much as I am with Longhorn just to not get what I'm paying for. I also told my friends who use this place, they are done too! They have had their own issues with Longhorn also. Another thing I don't like is, now all of a sudden when I do a pick up, they want me to sign for the food I bought, but they also have the tip section circled, like they are trying to pressure me into tipping. I didn't eat there, I paid a taxi to take me there and back, so why would I tip? If I pick up a meal at McDonalds I don't tip, what did you do for me to deserve one, you're giving me less food, but i'm paying large amounts, who in the hell do you think you are?!!

RIBEYE, $27 JUST CRAP, TONS OF FAT AND ZERO RENDERING, LOT OF RAW FAT, THEN UP CHARGED FOR MUSHROOMS AND COLD MUSHROOMS THROWN ON THIS PEICE OF CRAP STEAK. AT LEAST 50% OF THE TIME JUST WORTHLESS, $45 FOR STEAK AND DIET COKE AND IT SUCKED!!!

This review is made for the Longhorn Steakhouse at 333 Plank Road, Altoona, PA for service provided on July 9, 2026 After attending an Altoona Curve baseball game, I stopped by the Longhorn Steakhouse for a late supper. The dining area was very attractive and I enjoyed the music they were playing. The waitress provided excellent service. The food was excellent and a great value for the price.

I called to place my order, it was ready in about 20 minutes for pickup. Ordering and pickup easy peasy, but the food that’s a different story. Grnonhad their cheeseburger and fries, said it wasn’t anything special and he’d had better. I ordered the Filet, baked potato and the onion petals. The onion petals would be much better if they had a better dipping sauce. The one we got reminded me of French dressing. Then there was the potato with so much salt we had to rub it off . I don’t remember seeing anything on the menu about the salt on the potatoes and being able to request no salt. But the topper of this review was the Filet, it had so much gristle it was unappetizing. The only good thing we got was the loaf of hot bread and butter. Needless to say we won’t be ordering from LongHorn again.

Ordered pork chops today, the quantity was nice, the meat was tender but unfortunately the meat was very very salty. too bad otherwise it was perfect.

The food was amazing , we ate at the one in Kingsport tn a our waiter whose name was Andrew. Was perfect hes the best server ive had in years. I was extremely impressed with the service snd I Can’t wsit to go back. The food was amazing my steak was cooked perfectly. Doing theee was s great experience. Good job longhorn ill suggest this place to my friends
