At this table by the bar, waiting for the last 15 minutes for someone to come and serve me and all they’ve been doing at the bar, talking laughing and talking laughing not doing shit. Yes I am at the one in morrow Georgia.

My husband and I when to the longhorns location in colonial heights va Saturday October the 3rd. We got there around 1:20 pm and we got a table right way, but we way there for like 20 minutes for our server, we desire to leave after way for so long,.this is not the 1st time the we way so long for our server and some how we always get the send attitude person to serves us, she never smiles .

We have been going to Longhorns for many years and love the food and never had bad service. Tonight was our anniversary and our waitress Amy, at the Longhorns in Victor NY was horrible. She was not friendly at all, and she seemed very rushed when the place was practically empty. She threw our drinks and straws on the table and ran off. 1 of the drinks were wrong as well as 1 of our meals. I was hoping to go and enjoy our dinner and have a relaxing evening, but that didn't happen.

I usually enjoy dining at LongHorn, but my experience with our server, Ella White, was completely unacceptable. From the beginning, the service was frustratingly slow and unattentive. We waited nearly 15 minutes after being seated just to have our drink orders taken. When the drinks finally arrived, one of them was incorrect, and when we politely pointed it out, Ella seemed annoyed rather than offering to fix it. Throughout the meal, we rarely saw her. Tables that were seated after us had their food brought out sooner, while our dishes sat waiting. When our food did arrive, it was barely warm, and several requested items—like side sauces and refill drinks—were completely forgotten. We had to flag down another server just to get water refills and our bill because Ella had disappeared from the floor for long stretches. Poor food quality is one thing, but completely dismissive and inattentive service ruins the entire dining experience. Management needs to address this, as this level of service is far below what customers expect from LongHorn.

I have ordered the BB ribs 5 or 6 times . Today,I picked up a to go order and the ribs were plain - no sauce. I did not order plain ribs. $30.00 WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!

Ordered chopsteak well done...after server bought it out , it was pink inside undercooked. Server was inattentive, rushed and not engaged with customer: for example she bought out bread and said she would bring plates for bread ..after she rushed by our table times, got to hail her down to see where plates were,,,"ooh i forgot' was answer, order baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon on the side. She bought it out with butter and cinnamon loaded in the potato. Basically everything we needed, sever had to be waived over to table

I am a frequent visitor to longhorn Greensboro landmark but Sunday July 26 2026 @2;00 I paid my bill with a $50 gift card my total bill was $37 with tip$42 so after getting home checking my balance on my card there was a $1.72 not that it was a big difference the tip was obviously changed I called the store manager he was no help so I will always double check my card before leaving. Longhorns do better.

I bought 2 full slab of ribs, they were so small, not like they use to be. I also ordered bacon for 2 burgers because they didn't have the bacon burger option on their website, but they only put bacon on 1 burger, what did I pay for????, it should've been on both burgers. Yesterday is my last time I will ever get Longhorn Steakhouse, I am switching to Outback and Texas Roadhouse, I don't need to be spending as much as I am with Longhorn just to not get what I'm paying for. I also told my friends who use this place, they are done too! They have had their own issues with Longhorn also. Another thing I don't like is, now all of a sudden when I do a pick up, they want me to sign for the food I bought, but they also have the tip section circled, like they are trying to pressure me into tipping. I didn't eat there, I paid a taxi to take me there and back, so why would I tip? If I pick up a meal at McDonalds I don't tip, what did you do for me to deserve one, you're giving me less food, but i'm paying large amounts, who in the hell do you think you are?!!
