I really enjoy going to Longhorn and always have pleasant experiences. Food was excellent as always and service as top notch! Today topped them all! Naomi was pleasant, friendly, helpful and smiling every time she approached our table. She is definitely an asset to your establishment in Bear, DE.

Tasha was very helpful when I got the wrong order, she was fast, helpful and everything was outstanding.

Went to the Brandon FL location and the soup tasted like a bucket of salt was poured in it. Then after the meal there was a roach crawling up the garbage can. The staff were very friendly but they need a pest service asap. Have video if anyone would like to view.

Went to longhorn in alabaster alabama, which we visit quite frequently. Last night, 8-6-26, was subpar. We ordered the wild West shrimp, which is always delicious as our appetizer. Our main order was the 6oz sirloin with a rock shrimp, broccoli and a loaded baked potato. Also ordered was the chicken/baby back ribs with salad (blue cheese dressing and it was disgusting.) and loaded potato soup. The chicken was hard, the ribs were very tough and looked and tasted boiled, the baked potato was green and harder than a rock, the sirloin was tough even though it was ordered as medium rare. The best part of our meal were the wild West shrimp and the sweet tea! To charge $100 for things that were inedible is ridiculous! We won't be going back!

I ordered a small meal online for curbside pickup. After waiting for over the 25 minutes that was the latest time promised, I went inside. The takeout person couldn’t explain why I never received my order. She got the manager involved who finally found the order. When I opened it, the hamburger bun was hard and burnt. The burger was overcooked a little bit and was lukewarm. The fries were warm but not hot. I believe it had been sitting on a shelf and if I had not gone inside I would have never received it. I threw away bun. This is poor service along with not good food. This is unacceptable in addition to fruit flies flying around my food when I eat inside the last couple times I dined in

I am a frequent visitor to longhorn Greensboro landmark but Sunday July 26 2026 @2;00 I paid my bill with a $50 gift card my total bill was $37 with tip$42 so after getting home checking my balance on my card there was a $1.72 not that it was a big difference the tip was obviously changed I called the store manager he was no help so I will always double check my card before leaving. Longhorns do better.

Me and my husband usually only go to Texas roadhouse , but tonight we went to Longhorns nearby. It was delicious. Every single thing was wonderful and our server was delightful. I’m so glad that I decided to come here This is my second time. It’s just wonderful. I can’t say enough.

Went to Longhorn for a friend's birthday celebration. We didn't know that you couldn't make reservations for large groups until you arrived at the location. Got to the location and made the reservation adn we were given a 20 minute wait which turned into like 45 minutes. We were sitted and the wait staff seem annoyed. They started taking drinks orders and advised us that we wouldn't be able to order our food until everyone had arrived. The person whose birthday it was sad that it was ok for us to order our food. One waiter took the drink and food order. To the whole party surprised we were in complete shock at the inventory of food that was not available due to it not being stock. There was no chicken, mushrooms and several bottles of liquors out of stock. The birthday girl was walking around to the tables because they had us separated to sy thank you and she was told by wait staff that she needed to sit down. When the food orders arrived several people orders were not right and had to be fixed and the waiter seemed annoyed. I had no refill of my soda and none of the dirty plates were removed from the table. The party had to moved the dirty plates around so we could eat out food in a comfortable way. I asked could the waiter bring me my ticket and I was ready to pay. I had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get my ticket and when I saw that I could pay by using the QR code and it didn't wotk at first. My ticket had to be reprinted. I paid the ticket and then another witer came around the table asking ppl to check their ticket before they pay. I told them that I already paid, and I showed the receipt to make sure they knew I paid. This particular location didn't give a good impression for the restuarant.
