Just had a delicious dinner at Longhorns in Canton GA. The food is always good but there is a distinct odor when you enter the restaurant. There were three of us and we overheard others complaining about it as well. Almost wanted to turn around and walk out. We have noticed similar unpleasant smell in the one in Woodstock GA. Like smelling your younger brothers armpit after he's done with a wrestling match.... it may just be that the carpet needs to be replaced. Also, the seats need refurbishing...you sink down in them so far. They are not torn just need more stuffing!!!

​I am extremely upset about the terrible service my group got from our server, Ella, during our visit. ​Instead of having a nice meal, our experience was totally ruined. Ella acted like we were a massive annoyance from the second we sat down. The service i experience this evening was completely unacceptable

​I usually enjoy dining at LongHorn, but my experience with our server, Ella White, was completely unacceptable. ​From the beginning, the service was frustratingly slow and unattentive. We waited nearly 15 minutes after being seated just to have our drink orders taken. When the drinks finally arrived, one of them was incorrect, and when we politely pointed it out, Ella seemed annoyed rather than offering to fix it. ​Throughout the meal, we rarely saw her. Tables that were seated after us had their food brought out sooner, while our dishes sat waiting. When our food did arrive, it was barely warm, and several requested items—like side sauces and refill drinks—were completely forgotten. We had to flag down another server just to get water refills and our bill because Ella had disappeared from the floor for long stretches. ​Poor food quality is one thing, but completely dismissive and inattentive service ruins the entire dining experience. Management needs to address this, as this level of service is far below what customers expect from LongHorn.

I have ordered the BB ribs 5 or 6 times . Today,I picked up a to go order and the ribs were plain - no sauce. I did not order plain ribs. $30.00 WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!

Since when did this restaurant start allowing pets, this use to be my go to place. PETS belong at home. Everyone does not agree with having a meal with your pet. Shame on longhorn for allowing it.

I experienced superior customer service with David. The food is cooked to perfection, the martini is potent and the environment is relaxing. I'm very satisfied!

Ordered chopsteak well done...after server bought it out , it was pink inside undercooked. Server was inattentive, rushed and not engaged with customer: for example she bought out bread and said she would bring plates for bread ..after she rushed by our table times, got to hail her down to see where plates were,,,"ooh i forgot' was answer, order baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon on the side. She bought it out with butter and cinnamon loaded in the potato. Basically everything we needed, sever had to be waived over to table
