Longhorn-Shreveport location.. Poor service, myself and a relative arrived before 10PM just for the guy at the front to tell us there would be a 25minute wait. We are not from Shreveport so of course we didn’t mind waiting versus hunting around other places we felt this location would be a good choice. The waitress seated us after he alerted us our table was ready then we sat awaiting 10+minutes just for him to come to say our food would not be prepared and we should eat somewhere else. We politely left and will never spend money there again. Just because of the poor professionalism

The outlaw ribeye steak promoted wasn't even close to what they show. It was cooked to the right temp, but, I was expecting the right cut.

Grand Rapids Michigan 28th st se: received prime rib so salty as well as carmelized sweet onions and broccoli. All extremely salty - completely covering flavor of meat and vegetables. Yuck

Enjoyed the lunch menu today at Orange City's Longhorn. The food is alway good however the air conditioner needs adjusting it is really really cold ever time we go there. That's it, other than that I can't complain about the service, the food or anything else a great place to eat here in the city.

Today was my daughter's birthday and we had dinner at the new location in Plainfield Illinois. When we took the first bite of the steak and corn on the cob we almost died because THEY WERE TOOOOOOO SALTY. If they don't fix this problem I don't think they will remain in business long.

Pooler, Ga location. Placed a curbside order online and proceeded to pick up as usual, received email with time for pickup. Shortly after arriving I received the text with the link to check in. Checked in. About 10-12 minutes after the projected time for pickup I received a phone call. I was told to come in to pick up. I asked why did I have to come inside and was told “we don’t come outside when it’s raining”. The text I received clearly states “Relax Stay in your car and we'll bring your order out to you when it's ready”. Picked up order went to vehicle to check it and found that half the order was missing. Had to go back in to get the rest. About 40 Minutes after pickup time my order was finally complete. Why can’t the employees working curbside orders use an umbrella and bring food out, as many other restaurants do? If you’re not going to due to the weather, you should state that on the website and in the check-in link. Why would you automatically charge gratuity when there’s absolutely no additional services be provided? I’m not a fan of rewarding someone for nothing or paying additional charges for no additional services. Seems to me, you all should train a bit more on providing a better customer service experience. Also, receiving food 35-40 minutes late didn’t help. Some warm, fresh food might have helped balance out the situation a little.

Tonight, my wife, my son and I went to Longhorn Steakhouse in Pace Florida for my birthday dinner and I left feeling mocked and made fun of. I am a retired Air Force enlisted member who is having some serious back issues related to the chemicals I worked with while in the service. I am currently using a cane to get around while awaiting a spot for surgery. Tonight, at the Pace restaurant, I was mocked and made fun of, not once, not twice but 3 times by a waitress at this location. As I was making my way to my table, wincing in pain, the waitress broke into dance and laughter as I wobbled on my cane going to my table. She did this again as I was leaving the mens room after I went in to wash my hands. Finally, as my family made our way out of the restaurant, she did this for a third time making even more exagarated movements all the while laughing at me. I should have asked to speak to the manager, but I was so upset I just left and went home. I am now asking my fellow veterans, service people and retired military brothers and sisters to avoid this facility. Go to Texas Roadhouse when they respect military service and offer a 10% discount on your meal. Longhorn Steak House does not offer a military discount and openly mocks disabled vets. Let your conscience dictate your next dinner out. Thank you for reading. Eric H, MSgt, USAF, Ret
