LongHorn SteakhouseReviews of longhornsteakhouse.com

Store # 5277 Apex NC - family of five birthday outing, no “service-centric” demeanor. Several egress limitations from other families but was told due to Fire Marshall code I had to “deal” with the small table built for four burner had five and was not ideal. I asked for help and was denied. Then when I explained and called Out the lame excuse Manager gave Me she then said well we can join two tables. We had already settled and it was embarrassing! Never again! I’ll go to another steakhouse.

Had a great waiter at the palm beach gardens location. Long horn ran out of some of our choices but the waiter was excellent.

Such a good vibes!!! We will be back

We got our bread before our drinks. I ordered a medium steak and got a well d9ne. My husband ordered ribs and they came back later and said they were out he is so unprofessional and this was a really bad visit for us

At this table by the bar, waiting for the last 15 minutes for someone to come and serve me and all they’ve been doing at the bar, talking laughing and talking laughing not doing shit. Yes I am at the one in morrow Georgia.

My husband and I when to the longhorns location in colonial heights va Saturday October the 3rd. We got there around 1:20 pm and we got a table right way, but we way there for like 20 minutes for our server, we desire to leave after way for so long,.this is not the 1st time the we way so long for our server and some how we always get the send attitude person to serves us, she never smiles .

We went to the longhorn steak house in Aiken s.c on whiskey rd because it was my grandchild’s birthday it was about 15 of us and when we asked to be seated we were told if all of us were not there we had to wait. I kinda understood they didn’t want to hold a table but this was on a Monday at 5pm and it was plenty of tables available, so we waited and when 12 of the 15 was there they still didn’t want to seat us but they finally did. We needed another small table for the other 3 people because the table would not hold 3 more chairs. Then the manager came out and acted as if she didn’t want us There we were told that they only TAKE groups up to 12 and no more than that and that the other 3 in our group could sit at another table but will not be considered with our group. I guess because it was someone else’s table we didn’t care about but she came back to the table and repeated it again. That should be on the wall so we can see it we could have left and gone to OUTBACK STEAK House. Our waiter was a nice server and that’s why I rated it 2 stars other than that it would have gotten a 1 star. I never seen a restaurant that didn’t want the business. We went on 09/28/2026.

We have been going to Longhorns for many years and love the food and never had bad service. Tonight was our anniversary and our waitress Amy, at the Longhorns in Victor NY was horrible. She was not friendly at all, and she seemed very rushed when the place was practically empty. She threw our drinks and straws on the table and ran off. 1 of the drinks were wrong as well as 1 of our meals. I was hoping to go and enjoy our dinner and have a relaxing evening, but that didn't happen.
