I was an employee of longhorn Steakhouse in monroe Louisiana under the management of a guy named Joe who started as store manager around the time I started which was March 15 2023. He was fired around the time I left in May 2023 for stealing alcohol and sleeping with an employee while married. I was hired as a to go specialist a position I enjoyed doing but at some point a manager by the name of April who is a frequent pill popper pulled me aside and told me that I wasn't fit for the position I asked her while sitting at a table with another manager named CJ from Shreveport. The meeting was super awkward as April gave me vibes of being high on a substance. I walked away from meeting in a broken state of mind and moments later I text CJ and told him thanks for opportunity but I'm giving a 2 week notice because I could no longer take the cruel treatment from April I then returned to work and realized that I was working with April but Joe was suppose to move me to prep at this point I recorded conversation because last conversation was a madhouse so this time I need proof so I recorded conversation. I nicely asked April if I could leave for the day and return when Joe put me on prep. She went ro back to call Joe and that process took over 30 minutes so I decided to knock on door of office only to be yelled at by April and a young lady named jasmine saying I could not leave. Finally April and jasmine come out for a meeting with me. April said Joe was giving me 2 options and they were stay and work shift and talk to Joe or wait a few days and Joe will call me. We'll long story short Joe never called I made several attempts to reach Joe and could not get him. Due to me needing my job I reached out to corporate. Why did I do that it only got worse for me when I returned back to work Joe made me do a chore that I've never seen kitchen do but one guy do and I know for a fact that it was out of spite because I reached out to corporate. About 1 week I believe of me moving from front of store to the back as prep Joe was fired as well as jasmine. I also was lied to and told that jasmine, a girl name kee was my managers and come to find out they are not. I made complaints of being treated unfairly. Another manager named ced who is currently married and sleeping with April the other manager would come to work and if I ask a question on how to do something he would tell me the wrong thing everytime as if he was trying to set me up for failure. It was so much that transpired while on this job I watched managers discuss me and this situation with other coworkers and servers. I was even told by some coworkers that they knew everything that was done and said in meetings because April Joe and ced and CJ chose to discuss me being funny. My last week on the job CJ was suppose to be on job to open door for 8 am worker which was me and someone else but no one was there to open door so we sat outside until about 9 30 a.m and ced came open door and stay until cj arrive. My time was adjusted but really and yall bothering me. All I wanted to do was work make money and get my life back. I know I was discriminated against race age religion amongst others. It's too much to put in this review but I'm emotionally traumatized by my experience as an employee Thesea series of events tampered with my financial stability because of gaps in work.my utilities were disconnected due to these mishaps MY self esteem was affected, emotional distress, my character was damaged loss of income. I spoke to corporate and corporate still haven't handled this situation as I feel they should have well Joe and jasmine was fired the director showed up the day I learned Joe was fired. I was told by corporate that the director came to clean up the mess at that store that was made and I just got caught up in the mix. Why me I really needed my job. It's s much I can tell but too much to text in review my name is Angela Osborne I was discriminated against on so many levels and the funny thing is I have kids older than some of the people who caused my pain and problems I'll return another day to finish my story because there is plenty more to tell because it severely damaged my character

We love Longhorn, but I was not pleased about thr cleanliness of the restaurant in Charlotte at Mallard & WT Harris. The carpet was dirty, we had to get our own silverware, the horseshoe lamp was covered with dust and cobweb reaching the ceiling and the half wall booth dividers and walls had old BBQ or ketchup and a set of blue disposable gloves at the main entrance waiting and carry out drink holder tossed up on the shelf. I wont be back there. The staff were kind and the food was good but the both baked potatoes were very overcooked.

Customers seated after us were waited on first. Asked for ketchup and mayo and by the time it came our lunch was cold. No call back was made. Asked for the check and waited 15 minutes to get it. Our last time there. Terrible service and cold food.

My friends, and I like to eat at the Humble, Tx. location. We ask for a round table for 8, and were told they did not have a wait staff to service that table, but another smaller party were seated at the table, on another occasion we were reprimanded by the manager for sitting at the round table. I have never been scolded by a restaurant manager. We will choosing another restaurant for our next dining experience.

The service was horrible our waitress was horrible never hardly came over to see if need anything. The food was awful my vegetables where not done my daughter vegetables where not done my grandson said his steak was awful. She put us in a booth and told us we couldn't have a high chair cause it was a fire hazard. How is a high chair a fire hazard!she finally told the Manger we didn't like our food and he only gave us 25%off our meal when he should have came over and talked to us.we should got it for free cause the food and service was horrible never will we go backthis was the one in high point nc

I ordered online through the website. When they asked for payment, I submitted my payment through Google Pay. They messaged me that the order was received. I showed up at the curbside. The MANAGER (keep that in mind) told me that they didn't show payment. I looked at my bank account and saw the payment, so I went inside to show them. She looked at my bank account and told me the price wasn't the same. I told her yes the charge in my bank acct was $5 more because I included a tip. She refused to accept the evidence and insisted I pay FOR A SECOND TIME. This was the manager. I hope that $50 was worth it to them. Thieves.

Longhorn in white oak in richmond,VA had us just sitting there for an hour which noe one even took our drink order. I will not be returning to longhorn ever

Very good food. Orders are always correct and very rarely a minor issue to even bring up. Good Job !!!!
