Terrible experience! I will never spend my money in any of their establishments especially the Mcdonough location!

Disastrous 90-minute "quick" lunch where I was punished for daring to send back a hamburger. I ordered it well done and told the server to make sure the chef didn't char burn the outside (which had happened once before at Longhorn). It is not complicated to cook a well done burger properly. It came out 15 minutes later pink throughout the middle and then it took ten minutes to find the server to send it back. Almost a HALF HOUR later the burger returned totally char burned on the bottom. Complaining to the manager resulted in her saying I'd get the burger free--when the bill came it wasn't free but they gave me a 25% employee discount instead! The whole long things was ridiculous, terrible service and rude chef as well as bad manager in Kissimmee Florida.

We ordered in the amount of 64 dollars our order was pick up. Was missing mash potatoes and asparagus and our pita chips for the dip were burnt had to throw away ..

Very RUDE greeter who was not attending to the many guests waiting to check in. Numerous open tables but they had over a dozen people waiting. They apparently need some experienced management folks that know how to run a restaurant!!

I visited the Longhorn pub on Friday evening for a meal. I ordered Sirloin Steak medium and I was served steak well done, I have no idea what kind of steak but it certainly wasn’t sirloin. Very chewy and very fatty. I also ordered grilled waffles for dessert. They were not grilled, microwaved for 30 seconds at best. They were raw and disgusting. Definitely will not be going back.

We go to the Longhorn on Airport Road, Arden, NC. On three different occasions, we have gotten a cut of steak that was not what we ordered. Two times we ordered ribeye and received sirloin. The third time, my sister ordered filet mignon and what she got was what looked hamburger steak. I was told with the Ribeyes that sometimes they just get a bad cut of steak. No....after three different times I am convinced that they are doing the old bait and switch. It was so very obvious with the Filet! I am really surprised they tried to pull that one off. With the high cost of meat, I certainly expect to get what I pay for. When someone calls your hand on it, don't get offensive. Just give the customer what they order and don't make them fight for it!

Horrible !! Many times .. I stopped going because of bad service . Poorly cooked steak 🤔who can’t cook steak . Mentioned politely and was abused by the mgr on duty must be theitr mantra has happened more thst a once .. took no responsibility I. Dude dining and bad take out .. wrote to corporate and nothing done !! Low end restaurant very poor management no training for staff and I am sure the cook are off the street !! Don’t go to Deptford New Jersey location ..

Went tonight for my son's birthday. As a former bartender and waitress, I have a very good understanding about the restaurant business. Unfortunately, they tonight did not. I think since the China virus, the whole world has been turned upside down. Does anyone know what they are doing any more?
