My fiance and I stopped in to buy dinner using a gift card for $100. He ordered a medium-rare steak and I ordered a medium-well steak. His was burned! Mine was very dry so, for a place that has the name "STEAKHOUSE" in their name, you would think our steaks would have been the best part of our meal. What a disappointment!!! We will not be returning! 😡

In the last two months I have ordered…take-out:3 Longhorn Cheeseburgers, 2 Salmon dinners, 5 Molton Lava Cakes and "in-house 2 steak dinners
In the last two months I have ordered "Longhorn Cheddar Cheeseburgers", at the Asheville Location, on Courtyard Road, at night three times. My medium rare orders were medium or less than medium. They were tasteless. I have also ordered Molton Lava Cakes during this month. They were delicious.
I stopped into Longhorn and spoke with the day manager to tell him about my disappointment at spending quite a bit of money, three times in a row, on the "Longhorn Cheeseburgers" and getting dissapointed. I said my orders were not cooked to my liking and the last order, I specifically told the server. Still no change. My cheeseburger was tasteless. Perhaps ordering at 9:00 pm was not wise, as they close at 10:00 pm.
The daytime managers response to me, "Well, our cooks get next to best ratings for their "cooked to perfection" ratings.
He then said, send it back next time". I told him, 'when you're taking a "to-go" order back to the hospital you cannot send it back. I then said, I would return it the next day, and his reply, "no we don't do that" I said I understand that. I told him it was a shame, because I finally found a place that is comparable to New York, and that taking a chance on a to-go order is not fair.
What I don't understand is, how do you send a paying customer away feeling unsettled.
I feel this was poor business practice, especially during a time when businesses want customers and more important, returning customers.
I returned recently anyway, and had a delicious signature steak, and since I was there I could check my dinner.I was very satisfied. But, I would never order a pricey steak as I did, to go.
I will continue to eat at the Courtyard/Longhorns occasionally, but my to-go, take-outs are now out of the question.

Good food
Good food. Only customers at the bar just no one to serve us. No silver ware for 10 minutes after food served. No bread till we insisted. Asked for beer never served What is the point.

Total Lack of Customer Service
Steak is good although lately it seems the meals are partially pre-cooked. Customer service is EXTREMELY terrible. Ordered a gift card and after 15 days it still hadn't arrived. Changed it to an Ecard and after 5 days it was not received. There are separate phone number for gift cards and E-gift cards. Both have a recording saying, "We cannot take your call now try later." Called customer service and they claimed they were going to look into it and promised to call back by the end of the day. It's been days and haven't heard. The total lack of customer service negates the meal so I will never go there again. And if you're thinking about getting a gift card, do so at your own risk. This gift card fiasco is now in the hands of the credit card's dispute department.

We were two adults and one child
We were two adults and one child. We ordered two striploins and one fajita. The fajita was decent, but for a steakhouse the steaks were awful. My son ordered a 200 g steak, which was 150 g at best. It was filled with fat and it was awfully chewy. He was able to eat what might add up to a little less than a third of the steak - I had to give him what was left of mine. No one came out to ask how the food was after we had it. The first time the waitress came out we were almost done, and she asked if she could take the plates. We made her aware of the bad steak, which was still laying on the plate in 6 pieces. She asked if we wanted some coffee or cake, which we declined as we didn’t want dessert today. When done, we went up to pay and didn’t look at the bill instantly. On our way back we looked at it, and noticed we had payed full price for the bad meal. We went back, and I asked for my money back. I was met a the female manager who said that the plates were empty when they brought them out so there obviously wasn’t any bad meat (all the plates still had food on them and were not nearly empty). I grabbed a hold of the waitress who took out the plates ti confirm that there were still food on it, and she said that there was still a steak on the plate she brought out, and that I had told her about the bad meat and that I had declined coffee. The manager said that that was too bad and asked why I hadn’t complained when I went to pay, and I said that I didn’t look at the bill as I stupidly expected a refund without having to check. I asked her if it made any difference, as we had left the table just 5 minutes prior, and answered that she couldn’t do anything about it, because she was not allowed to refund me. I told her that that was awful customer service, and she as a manger should be able to make that decision or at least call a superior (I am a manager myself in this business). She ended the conversation by saying that if we came back she could offer me a new steak free of charge, and I said that we are not from here and we do not want to come back to your restaurant with the service provided. She answered that I was the only person today that had complained about the quality of the steak, and I told her that not two pieces of meat are alike and that she could obviously see that the meat was bad. She just blatantly declined doing anything about it. I am in absolute shock.
I ended up paying the insane price of 369 SEK for a small fries with a ranch dip and for something that mostly resembled the soles of my shoe.
We hope others can use this review to avoid a tourist trap that pretends to be a steakhouse.
