Let me start off by saying we love Longhorn which is in Woodbridge, N.J. the food is good and so is the service. I called on March 14, 2023 to make a reservation for 10 people for my husband's 70th birthday on Saturday, March 18th. I was told they don't and reservations and just to call an hour ahead and they would put us on a wait list. I called at 4pm for a 6pm arrival and was told to let them know when we arrived but because it was Saturday night there could be a 60 to 90 minute wait time. At 4:30 my sister called and made a 6pm reservation at an Italian restaurant. We were disappointed especially my husband who was looking forward to a steak dinner from Longhorns because we are on a fixed income any only go there once or twice a year.

for my birthday we went to longhorn in lafayette indiana and I ordered prime rib either rare or med, rare and was informed they had sold out, they had med. well and well done. so how many more people would order in the next 8 hours ? not very pleased and if my wife hadn't been with me I would have left.

I visited a Long Horn today and it was the worst rack of baby back ribs I've ever had or seen I could not cut them with a steak knife. I was upset when my server did not tell the manager or the chef she just put the ribs in the garbage and proceeded to enter my chicken finger order. It's going to take a while before I can trust longhorn steakhouse again that's a shame very dissatisfied.

Have attempted numerous times (lost count at 20) to dine at various Longhorns over the last 15+ years and have NEVER gotten a good meal, EVER. WE used to live in Maryland so this review is primarily about Maryland Longhorn locations with the 1 exception of a meal at Macon Road Columbus Georgia. I like ribeye and always order it at any steakhouse location. I have NEVER been served an edible ribeye steak at any Longhorn location. Some I have been served would be better described as kneecaps with several small morsels of semi-edible meat and the rest being tendon and cartilage. The alleged ribeyes I have been served at dozens of Longhorns were not even CUT like the ribeye steaks I have been served over the past 60 years or so, and comments to the server about the kneecaps or cuts would occasionally bring a management type that basically told us that is the way it is. I have had 2 passable meals at Longhorns, when I deviated from my standards, and ordered the sirloin. I say passable because they were edible and decent but I can't go all the way to good. The only other deviation from ribeye was a chopsteak ordered at the Macon Road Columbus Georgia location about July of 2021. It was properly cooked as ordered and served in a reasonable amount of time, but 2 hours after eating I had a raging case of the "screamin' eagle" trots which lasted for about 4 hours. Suffice it to say that I think I am done with giving Longhorn any more chances to redeem themselves and will continue to patronize the venues that actually serve us what we ask for.

Very courteous servers. Our waitress “Charisma” is amazing awesome & Very polite and respectful. Pays attention to the needs of her customers. The Brussel sprouts were amazingly impressive! I will be back! I was referred by Rob Fancher who works Jeff Wyler Kia!

As I have done times before, I arrived at the Greece, NY store at Route 104/I-390 and chose to sit at the bar to order takeout. After sitting for ~10 minutes, I was asked if I had been helped. When I answered no, I was told the "take-out" server was being summonsed to help me. Several minutes later she appeared. She did not offer a menu, but fortunately I didn't need one. I placed my order for takeout and asked for a glass of wine while I waited. The server said she would put my order in and have the bartender come over. The bartender came over.... but to the couple seated at my right. After waiting 15 minutes more, a total of over 45, I left without having been served. I felt the long wait was uncalled for. It was not THAT busy!!!!

Had an experience at the Green Bay location the other night and we had to send back my wife's steak twice as first it was well done the second time it was completely raw and red however I must compliment our server matt he was very very professional about the situation despite us being upset and kept his calm very well and fixed our meal removing it from the bill on a very busy night we absolutely love this location and the servers.

The last of many times I will ever visit this, or any other Darden Restaurant Brand! Came here to to Trustpilot because Darden doesn't care enough to have a dedicated customer complaint service line unless it is between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday.Wont go into any details here because if you made it this far, then you know how bad this place is! And that Darden clearly doesn't care. I guess they make enough money in their businesses that complaints fall to the bottom of their list. But I will make sure I find every place that I can to post about how horrible Longhorn Steakhouse is.
