Went to The new Weatherford Tx location Was not greeted at the bar in fact they waited on another person who sat down after us. Food was a little too much salt I ordered the okra and my food came out with just a steak on the plate had to pick another side aka salty baked potato Food was decent service in the bar was not good

I’ve ordered a rack of ribs for many years at the Longhorn in Jefferson City, MO. I bragged on them to everyone. My last two visits the ribs were not tender, not much meat and hard to eat. Certainly not worth the price of the meal. Tuesday I tried to eat a couple ribs and just gave up. My guess is a cook change or new instructions to not cook them slow enough or long enough. I’m sorry to say goodbye to what use to be.

I have always had wonderful experiences with longhorns curbside. I went to pick up my sons food and waited 17 mins and then called the number in front of me and no one picked up for about 6 mins so I hung up and called again to be told my food was inside on the table I could come in and pick it up. I said I’m in parking spot 3. She said yup and your food is on the table. I asked if they no longer do curbside anymore? She said it’s raining no one is coming out your food is on the table. So I waited 23 minutes to find out I had to go inside to get my food. A courtesy call to inform me I had to go in would have been nice. So now my son has cold food because it sat for over 20 minutes, I will not be going back there anymore.

Horrible experience in Ocala Florida. Tonight my husband and I were meeting 2 other couples there for dinner at 5:00. We arrived at 4:20 ish and I gave my name to the hostess. When another couple came in we were taken to our table which wasn’t a table but a booth. How do you expect 6 normal size adults to fit into a booth comfortably. The hostess said they didn’t have any tables . When we looked around we saw 2 large tables set up with plates and silverware. When we arrive 30 min. before the time our friends were due to arrive there was no one in the waiting area. I thought that you don’t do reservations and only did 30 min. Call ahead seating (which I did ). Very disappointed. We went across the parking lot to Millers Ale House and had a fantastic time. Great food, wonderful server and excellent food . I’m glad to say that after the way we were treated we will NEVER return. If there was a way to give you no stars or a negative number of stars I would.

My family and I had to postpone Thanksgiving this year, so when we were finally able to, we picked Longhorn Steakhouse in Manchester, CT. Having a party of 10 adults from 4 different towns, I called ahead to let them know what time we would be there so they could prepare. I was told there was currently no wait but to call back 30 minutes before our arrival time. I tried this, but this time they hung up on me! We went to the restaurant anyway, and were offered a large table after a 20 minute wait, but the large table was very tall and had bar stools around it. Several people in our party wouldn't be able to get into the tall stools safely, so I said we needed a regular height table. Now we were told the wait would be 2 hours! I've been going to Longhorn for several years, but needless to say, I will never consider going there again.

Today, 12/8/23, my wife and I went into Longhorn Steakhouse in Valdosta Georgia. When we go to a sit down Resturant it’s because we want a relaxing and comfortable experience. It’s not what we got. The service was excellent, the food was good, but the comfort was seriously lacking. The temperature outside was 65 degrees and according to my watch the temperature inside was 69 degrees. I looked around the restaurant and what I saw was customers wearing coats, hats, and hoodies with the hood up. In my particular seat cold air was blowing down. When my food arrived at the table it was hot but it didn’t take long for it to cool off. The layout of the restaurant was nice and aesthetically pleasing but the environment reminded me more of a barn than a comfortable restaurant. It would make more sense to remember customer comfort adds to the overall experience and brings customers back.

We visited the Longhorn Steakhouse on Sunday December 3, 2023. Address 9369 N Fwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177. We entered and was told it would be a few minutes before we where seated. Another family(white) came in 3 min. behind us with just about the same number of members in it. They where seated right away(ahead of us) and we was still stand there waiting to be seated. We felt racial profiling was going on. Because the manager could've done us the same way he done the other family. By picking up our silverware, menu and walking us to our table. So we left and will not be patronizing that Longhorn Steakhouse again. We did not stay to eat nothing

I ordered a filet mignon so would you easy but it was a waxy thing terrible I could have done better by buying something from the grocery store and putting it on the grill it would have been better!
