The only reason for a second star is that my wife's steak was excellent. (More to come) A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I went to the almost empty, restaurant in Texarkana, Texas, and we waited at the front and watched as several people from the back kept looking toward us, but not one person greeted us or attempted to get someone to serve us. We, along with another couple (unknown to us), walked out after over 15 minutes. I NEVER expect not to be at least acknowledged by a staff member. Tonight we tried again. Since Texas Roadhouse relocated from next door recently, we've seen this establishment unusually busy. The staff were very professional and friendly. We were seated in a short period (5 minutes or less) I swear I am NOT a Karen or Darren, and to prove that, I insisted on paying for the meal. My heartfelt belief is in supporting businesses because I understand how expensive it is to run a business, especially a restaurant. I ordered a Texas Iced Tea (like a NY iced tea with different ingredients The bartender was VERY generous with the alcohol, which I appreciated in my younger days, but this had very little else in it and was undrinkable. I ordered the Lamb Chops. Very well presented, mashed was great (as always, there, not bad for pre-made and packaged.) I have had Lamb all over the world, and this cut of meat was beautifully cooked. However, it did not taste of lamb. Do you know when a bite of meat, chicken, or fish tastes a little off? Not from seasoning but off? It gives you pause to not continue because of the fear of possible sickness later? The waitress saw that I did not eat my food or drink and offered to have the manager take care of it. I insisted that she did not need to do that. I apologized and told her that everything else was great, and I insisted on paying. She was VERY gracious (Reina G was her name). The manager eventually came to the table because she saw our waitress dump my plate. She was wonderful and empathetic. (I am sorry I did not get her name. She was a sharply dressed red-headed dear. Also a BIG NO NO for ANY restaraunt: NEVER SERVE TAP WATER AT SUCH A NICE RESTAURANT! Especially bleach-smelling Texarkana water. 42 years of marriage, and I still haven't learned to just order what my wife gets. :)

If you haven't tried the Easton Nazareth location of Longhorn Steakhouse you are truly missing out on a delicious meal. The location is run very well, always clean and they employ very kind and quick servers who cannot do enough for you. We had the most delicious "Longhorn Porterhouse Steak" and my husband the "Lambchop Special" both outstanding meals, thanks to their amazing chefs. Our Server Daniel O was such a please to chat with and he was attentive and funny and made our dining experience a true delight. The Manager "Joseph D" is always available to stop by and inquire about our meal and service. You simply must try this Longhorn Location.

We ordered the chicken wings for an appetizer and the wings came out burnt, we spoke with our server, and she said she was going to get us some new wings only to return to our table to tell us that they cook all the wings at the same time so the new wings would be over cooked as well. first of all, gross!!! and second of all she lied.... after sitting in the restaurant for over an hour finally our main entree (both of us ordered steaks) came out over cooked and cold and the sides where cold as well. At this point I was getting pretty frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. our server said she was going to get the manager and then came back to our table and said both managers on site where busy, but they may or may not come to our table because they were busy. I told the waitress that was unacceptable, and I wanted the corporate phone number she said OK and then finally a manger came to our table. The manager stated that the server was lying, and she knew nothing about what was going on and apologized needless to say after everything we went through, we left the restaurant with nothing to eat. We usually love Longhorn, and we go pretty often but after this experience I can tell you firsthand I am 99.9% sure I won't be going back.

Lucas was amazing and efficient. Services was excellent sides were meals. Strawberry and pecan salad and house dishes were full Portions in other restaurants and half the price, meals come with huge sides so bring your appetite!

I went to celebrate my birthday at the Elmhurst location, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The food was overly salty and undercooked, while the service was painfully slow—our meals took forever to arrive. To top it off, the waitress and front desk staff were unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in making our experience enjoyable. Needless to say, I’ll never be returning to this restaurant again.
