Hot Springs AR, after waiting over an hour for a on line to go order. Was told by the most unprofessional “manager” in existence that “they should have quit taking orders 30 minutes ago. My order was placed an hour ago. Darden should shut this embarrassing operation down. Or First thing is either fire the manager or put her back to washing dishes and hire a competent person. We had poor service here before, this is the last time for our family and Darden operations.

There for wife's birthday. Wife's steak was way overcooked, 30 minutes later still no refired steaks. I ordered their $32 20oz premium bone-in outlaw ribeye cooked medium. Received a thin ribeye that was at least 50 percent fat and grizzle and no bone-in. Bait and switch is going on here. Definitely not what I ordered. Wife told the big manager lady, she said ok and walked off mid-sentence, no apologies, nothing. That's what really ended it for us, management or lack thereof. We've eaten here plenty before, with some hit-and-miss dinners, like anywhere really but nothing like this. We're finally done for good. Never going back. I ate a spoonful of rice and we left. Went home and cooked dinner. Funny how I've never had a bad meal at home but a restaurant that specializes in steaks just can't seem to get it together, going out is not what it used to be.

Greenville, SC—very poor experience tonight. First, told we could wait few more minutes for a both vs table. Was told they would verbally call our name so I put my phone in my purse. After a good wait, checked and said they said our name twice. They had texted twice. Once seated, took 20 minutes to get bread and my boyfriend’s beer. Wrong entrees came shortly thereafter before our salads twice. Boyfriend got wrong salad. 3rd time entree came out not long after. Told them never mind. We left. Will not be back.

Went for lunch, had a hamburger, No taste I left it very disappointed, No beef flavor.

Waitress Lisa no personality , but was friendly and smiles to the customers in front and behind us .. NO coke , potatoes, chicken tenders , we’re told waiting on truck Went to go use the restroom , saw two cockroaches Location oak forest la / Myrtle Beach , SC Definitely will never go back !!!!

Food is excellent, service excellent. Matt is a great waiter. Our only concern is the smell in the dining room. The rug need a general cleaning, at the Rocky Hill Longhorn in CT.

We went to the Longhorn in Oveido, FL (on Lockwood by the Winn Dixie). We have been to that location several times along with the Waterford Lakes. Rarely, if ever, have we had an issue. Service is usually good, people pleasant, food great, etc. I normally don't write reviews to places I visit frequently, but this time I am. Everything on this visit was 5-star. I would give 6 if I could. From our initial entry where the host was extremely pleasant and actually chatted as we were seated, to Sandra K our waitress who was phenomenal - fast service, repeatedly checked on us, brought out food that was still steaming, you name it, if it is server-related she nailed it. So yeah. Thanks, team, for an awesome dinner, and especially thank you, Sandra, for making the normal truly above the mark.

Longhorn steakhouse the newest restaurant in Bradenton off Highway 64. I walked in about 750 not a very busy night six people at the bar. I go to sit down here it is 830 and I still have not gotten no service. I was bothering their schedule. I would never eat at Longhorn again. I have visit Longhorn in many states many restaurants for many years. Yes one bad apples ruins the bunch.
