Keep making the same mistakes preparing my wife and I food. It will be last time i spend my hard earned money at the mesquite texas location

I went to the Longhorn in Jacksonville nc and there was a miss understanding about the seating it was a honest mistake. The manager walked up to our table and said you seated yourself with a major attitude. We explained to him the lady said this was our table. He was so rude and unpleasant and I will never go there again. He needs to be delt with. That was a table for 8 a 300 dinner he lost for your company for being a complete idiot. I have never been treated like that in my life. Longhorn very dissatisfied and disappointed. I give the longhorn in Jacksonville nc a 0 rating.

Not only did the restaurant not care about the loss of my glasses corporate was just as bad . Not their problem and not responsible for things left behind . I’m legally blind with prisms in my glasses . They honestly didn’t care . Lost my business. Looks like mine isn’t the only bad review.🤣

I ordered a Flo's Filet® 9oz ($31.95) ... Med. What I received was a Sirloin steak, Tough & Well done... Serrated knife couldn't even cut it. This organization wouldn't know about Quality Beef cuts or how to prepare them if you "Di*ck & Jane" it for them. Save your $'s, Go to McDonalds across the street! If I could rate it, they would get zero stars!

I ordered ribeye steak without grill seasoning and top layer sauce medium rare. The steak was raw, chewy, was mostly fat and tasted like lighter fluid. It was inedible. I also order the extra shrimp which was 4 very small shrimp. I don’t understand how a steakhouse makes such horrible tasting steaks! NEVER AGAIN!! Spend your money anywhere else, I’m sure it would be better!!

in tucker I went on Monday night picked up my food a around 8:00 PM they called me after I left and said I got the wrong steak. So I went back to get the right steak (they let me kept the wrong steak) I had two steak they were rare and I order weel. I order 2 load baked potatoes I( got one but the other was a sweet potatoes which neither liked although they try to fix the steak it was rare and could not be eaten I liked going there but it will be a long time before I go back I know one customer will not hurt you much but there may be other who have not speak out. Ordered the 6oz filet combo with 4oz lobster tail thinking with the loaded baked potato & brussel sprouts it would fill me up. Filet instead of being round & about an inch thick, it was rectangular & 1/2 inch thick. The lobster tail was the about 1/2 inch thick, smallest I ever got. Baked potato was far from loaded! Thin layer of sour cream on top, small sprinkle of other toppings on top. Had to get salad instead of sprouts because they had honey on them & salad was half bowl. $36. Server was great, never go back. No

Longhorn Steakhouse in California MD, May 28, 2025, check #22555. We had a party of 5 at 12P and was told there was a 30 minute wait with other persons seated at just 2 tables. The service was horrendous and the food was terrible. 1 person didn't get to eat because their medium steak was beyond well done and given back. A 2nd person only received part of her food and a 3rd person asked for dessert and had to wait 25 minutes for a piece of cake w/ice-cream. Getting a second bread or drink refills was out of the question. Absolutely no apologies or visit from the manager, just a check to pay $130 for poor service and terrible food.
