Thank you for your feedback. One of the challenges in shipping live lobster is at times, the lobster will experience some shrink (usually water weight from the shell). We do our best to overcompensate for this by packing lobster larger than the expected weight. At times inventory may not allow us to do this and our team will pack the largest that are available.
