I asked for a specific date after xmas and was told that I would have to change it because of fedex. I did so and made it for the 24th of Dec. it did not arrive until the 26th after the dinner I had planned for the 25th. It was completely thawed out with two cooler bags also thawed out. I had to immediately re freeze it. I have complained about Fedex being an unreliable carrier in this area continually. We have had no problems with UPS in the past but you refuse to use them. In the future I will not order from you again. plus they leave it outside our gate. unacceptable.

The lobsters were all at the bottom of the styrofoam package, on top of one another, when delivered. They were not separated from one another by the cardboard (reminiscent of what separates wine bottles), which I assume was the intent. Result: 2 of 10 were inedible when served 10/18/25 even after refrigeration. Company needs to hold FedEx accountable. Company needs to tell buyers the lobsters should be enjoyed the day they are delivered. The 8 we had were excellent!

Received 1 dead and 1 alive. They refunded $23, so I ended up paying $80 for 1 lobster. Great….

Well we thought that we got a good boat run 20lb box fast shipping at a fair price and then it showed up the box was taped up looked like it had been torn open the side of the foam cooler box inside was cracked no plastic liner the lobsterwere alive and cool the box all together only weight 22lbs so I couldn't tell if any was missing but there was 13 live lobsters still in there, total order was about 500. Dollars, so I might order agian but recommend with how my shipment was handled , not, and you took your time getting around to survaing us, should been within days after delivery.

Accidentally double ordered because I could not find an email receipt for the first purchase, and given the significance of the occasion I could not risk have nothing arrive. When the lobsters did show up, I did not get a delivery notification, so they sat in my building’s lobby overnight…thawing. Not a great experience this year (I order most years).

We ordered lobster, mussels, oysters, and Mahi Mahi. Everything was delicious except for the Mahi Mahi. The Mahi Mahi was totally inedible. It was brown and yucky looking. After leaving this review Lobsters-online.com reached out to me to offer a full refund of the Mahi Mahi or to offer a replacement at no additional cost. Thank you Lobsters-Online!

50% of the lobsters were full and 50% just peeled and not full.

Well we ordered 3 10oz lobster tails for New Years ! They showed up on time and 2 of the Tails were in good shape . Sadly the 3rd one was hollow on the inside for the most part . When we boiled them the one just turned to mush .
