Delivery was delayed a day and lobster was starting to thaw. My plan had been to freeze some but couldn’t.

I had ordered two 8-10 oz lobster tails and had expected them to be of equal size however one was 8 oz and the other 10 oz. Besides the cooking time being different because of the unequal sizes it was awkward deciding who should get the bigger one.

All was super with the process. One lobster was perfect, probably a bit over 2.5 pounds; the other was less than 2 pounds and close to a soft shell lobster: not a hard shell! Very tasty; but not what I ordered.

Ordered 6 lobsters and 1 was dead when it arrived the next day in upstate NY. Also requested an email confirmation receipt but never got one. However, I still may use you again if the need arises.

We ordered two live 6-pound lobsters as we have every year but this time one of the lobsters was missing a leg and didn't have a very good taste. It's shell was quite black and looked like it had experienced a lot of wear and tear.

They delivered the package to the wrong house and my neighbor whom I am not in good terms with stole the package.

I ordered 12 2.5 Lbs lobsters and 1 Lb of lobster meat. The gross weight of me and the box was 209 LBS when it arrived. When steamed the next day the box and I weighed 209 LBS. The Styrofoam container was not broken. I steamed all lobsters and then weighed every thing that was used for packing and the shipping container and that along with me weighed 186.8 So 12 2.5 lobsters and 1 lb meat should have been 12 x 2.5 = 30 plus 1 = 31 But 209 minus 186.8 is 22.2 LBS The 1 lb of lobster meat was actually exactly 1 lb. So the 12 lobsters were less than 2 lbs each on average. The lobsters had several different colors of rubber bands on their claws.

You charge to much for shipping. The shipping cost almost as much as the Lobster
