Called to order two 3lb lobsters as a gift for MA friends that also live in Florida. They arrived in Florida the very next day and my friends were delighted! Thank you!

I think your shipping charges are outrageous. They were more than my order.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were unhappy with the shipping cost. Due to the nature of our product, we only offer overnight shipping, as we want our product to arrive fresh. Unfortunately, shipping costs are based on weight and/or dimension not order value. In the past, we had a minimum order requirement ($100) that would prevent the situation you experienced. As a result of customer feedback, we eliminated the minimum order threshold. At Lobsters-Online, we strive for total customer satisfaction. A representative will be reaching out to you shortly. We hope you will give us a chance to earn your business back!

I did not receive this order it went to my father inlaws. We shipped the for his 84th birthday. He said the lobsters were great full of meat. He did not think they were three lbs as ordered but he did not have a scale to weigh them. He said best lobsters he ever had.
