Worst customer service, their site is not up to date so when I ordered a large amount of money's worth of parts for my 1990 Bronco they sent me parts that fit other years. I ended up returning items and had to ship them back and pay for everything and it has been almost a month and I still have not received my refund. They will not return any emails that I sent customer service, and when I call I get some young people that have no communication skills at all. I had to just purchase all my items from RockAuto.com since their website was up to date with the correct part numbers that I needed. I really wanted to trust LMC but these bad experiences are becoming more frequent and it's not worth it. Plus the parts that I have gotten seem to be opened, looks like returns from other customers and LMC is not looking into them and just shipping them out to other people....not the mention the insane shipping costs I have to pay. All in all, I will never purchase anything from LMC again and never recommend them to the surrounding shops next to mine.

Worst customer service department, can't order correct parts when speaking with an agent or trying to order online. Every person you Speak to gives different answers. Its a cluster fuuuuu.... never again to do business after speaking with a customer service rep for 45 min to only argue with no solution.

Ordered window latch for 1998 C2500 Chevrolet extended cab silverado They not only sent the wrong part rendering it useless but it cost me total 25 dollars to have a useless part. UNREASONABLE RETIRN POLICY. was actually testing if this company can be trusted THEY CANNOT AND STILL HAVE MY MONEY. AND WERE UNWILLING TO WORK WITH ME. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. ADVICE. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. GOODLUCK Since Sending out this review The Company Decided to work with me. They stated that it wasn't an equitable decision to send a return label for me to return the incorrect part. So Decided to leave the part with me. That they REFUNDED that part Small Policy changes could remedy these issues And could really make a difference in business transactions So THANKS TRUSTPILOT. AND THANKS LMC FOR RESPONDING

I appreciate the products that LMC truck offer. However, I am very frustrated with the customer service side of the business. I recently had an issue that began with parts being out of stock. Because they didn't have a couple of parts in stock, my cost increased about $70 due to loss of discount and freight. Mind you that the original order was well north of $3k, the missing parts would have been in the range of $160. Eventually, after over an hour of my time speaking to 4 different people they offered a gift card that offset the loss discount. I feel like I had to beg for something that could have been handled in 10 seconds while I was in the facility. Having said all that, I appreciate the fact that you can call them and actually talk to a person.

Worst ever.

LMC was both prompt and accommodating as our company was rebuilding a 1966 Chevy Step-Side for our Business BuildingBlocs Literacy. This truck is currently being rebuilt as it's the main character in our newest children's series about "Bumper the truck with no Bumpers." It will be appearing in car shows , county fairs, schools, parks, etc. We couldn't be more pleased with their customer service, on time delivery and quality of their parts for this very important mission to educate people of all ages! Ordered the dash for my 2000 ram and it arrived in about a week undamaged and beautiful I installed it and it fit perfectly

ordered wheel well moldings they look nice but i had to drill all new holes to make them work, you should not need to do that...don't know if i will use them again
