LMC TruckReviews of lmctruck.com

-1956 GMC side mirrors. The Left mirror bracket is excellent and very high quality. The Right mirror bracket is made by a different MFG. The stem is skinny and it has a much thinner mounting pad. I wish they had noted that the two mounting brackets were not the same, but similar. *************************************************************** I received a very nice reply from LCM Truck explaining that the Original mirrors have always been different. I was able to verify this. My complaint was unjustified.

Poor customer service. They do not care to try and resolve issues only offer excuses for their mistakes.

I would give them a negative star if I could. Ordered parts they shipped wrong parts so returned them, 30 days later no refund. Called 3 times now, all I get is our return department is behind! Terrible company, Terrible customer service. Thieves won't give us our money back.

I ordered parts for my truck. The page is not clear on what you need or not. I ended up ordering double the hardware needed. When asked for a return on the extra parts I was treated like a problem and given rude responses. This is all after it took them a long time to ship and being told differently. FedEx tracking doesnt lie. LMC truck does though. RUDE company I wont be back

Bought a carpet for 1993 chevy s10. Came folded up in box. This was a molded carpet. It can not be folded. I had to trash it and bought one from another company. Their prices are high and shipping cost are too.

LMC has a broad offering of parts for old trucks and that is a strong point. Pricing is fair, delivery time is reasonable. I have two complaints which I offer for feedback and hopefully improvement. First, website product descriptions are lacking and often result in redundant parts orders. For example, you order tailgate chains and right next to that item on the page are chain covers so you order these too. When tje chains arrive, they already include the covers though this was not stated, therefore you now have two sets of chain covers. This is not an isolated problem, it is one example of a recurring problem. Two, when your parts arrive they are all jumbled together like someone gathered them oan a table and then randomly stuffed them into bags. If you made a large ordernwith many small items this creates a huge and time consuming problem because you have to sort through and figure out what each item is based on the LMC part number. Very irritating.

I ordered a tailgate latch for a 1980 F-100. It was bent out of the box. The rivets were loose. I had to rebend the brackets that held the handle. The latch pin would slip right off of the rod hinge bracket. Ask what to do and have got no response. I had to drill the rod holder pieces out so they would fit the rods. All the work and it will not fit. That was money and time wasted. I would recommend looking somewhere else befor buying from LMC TRUCK. Good luck with your future parts.
