Living Well Stores for the win!!!
I seriously cannot say enough good things about Living Well Stores. Their customer service has been absolutely incredible. They treated me like an actual human being instead of just another order number, answered my questions, helped me figure out complicated brace/orthotic issues, and went way above and beyond what I expected. In a world where customer service usually feels nonexistent, these people were patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping. That level of support is rare. If you're on the fence about ordering from them — don't be. These folks are legit and first class badass!!!

Item has not arrive when stated
Item has not arrive when stated. Still has not arrived. I am extremely disappointed and will return the item. Expectations have not been met.

Hi Mr. Dyson, we see that you placed your order with us on Thursday, 4/9/2026. It was shipped on 4/10 via FedEx. These actually come from the mfr's Mexicali factory right over the California border. Due to tariff and border issues, the US government often and randomly slows these shipments by 1-2 days. We're so sorry about that, but your order is scheduled to arrive to you tomorrow, 4/17/2026.
