I placed my order a week ago and I have not gotten any status on the delivery of the upright Walker. I called to ask and didn't get an answer so I left a message twice and I still haven't heard back. So I don't know what's going on with the order.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a medium boot but received a large. It was exceedingly difficult to reach anyone by phone to start an exchange, and there's no option to do that on their website. When I finally reached someone they argued with me about my return request before finally agreeing to send me a return label. They insisted that despite my placing an order for a medium sized boot, that I was actually a large based on the sizing chart and that is why they didn't want to accept the return. I already had a medium boot and wanted a replacement. Then I had to wait two days before it was emailed to me. They said they scheduled a FedEx pickup, but they never came so I had to drive an hour each way to and from a FedEx location. Finally they confirmed my return and sent my exchange, and again I got the wrong size boot. When I called again I was met with the same bad attitude. No apologies, just attitude. I explained to him that the large is too big, and that the length of the medium is 11.5 inches. The large they sent in error is 13 inches. Then when I didn't get my return label and tried calling again my call was repeatedly dropped. This was followed by a snarky email saying he saw i'd attempted several times to call. Proof that he saw me calling but hung up on me after answering, claiming my repeated calls flagged my number as a spam caller. He didn't call me even though he knew I was trying to get through. I then waited seven days for my return label. And had to follow up about my refund after I confirmed the return wes received two days prior. THE FACT THAT I EVENTUALLY GOT A REFUND DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR THR TERRIBLE INTERACTIONS I HAD WITH THEM.

We're so sorry that you feel like you had a bad experience with us. We've reviewed all the call recordings and emails. We see that there was some confusion about the sizing of the product that you received. When that happens, we work to make it right, either by exchanging the item or accepting a return for a full refund. That's what we did here and as we advised you, the sizing was actually correct. We did want to look into two specific concerns that you had: The first is regarding our providing a return label to you as promised on August 10th. We see that label was sent to you on August 10th at 1:31 in the afternoon. But you contacted us at least twice more, later in the afternoon, claiming we hadn’t sent it. Then later you let us know that you did indeed receive it at 1:31 PM. You weren't specific about the “snarky attitude” you feel like you received from our team member. So we’re going to take a guess here. We see that on August 4th beginning at 1:38 PM and in the next 19 minutes, you called us 10 times. Our representative wrote in an email later that day, “If you call our toll-free (800) number multiple times in a row, our phone system's automatic spam blocker will flag it, and once it's marked as spam, we will not be able to receive your calls. If your message is urgent, please leave us a detailed voicemail with your message; we guarantee to call all of our customers back within 24 hours.” We’re having trouble understanding how that might have been interpreted as a snarky attitude and we deeply apologize if that's how you read it. We return every single customer's call- even if they don’t leave a message, in the order in which they've been received. Our customers tell us they genuinely appreciate this. We get very high marks for our customer service. But when we make a mistake, we own up to it and make it right. But in this case, we’re having trouble seeing where we went wrong. We see that you were issued a full refund for your purchase last week. We're sorry that it didn't work out.

The product that arrived does not match the website listing. The listing listed the item as “Anti-Tip Wheels” and the description stated the item includes everything in the photo. The photo shows two wheels and all mounting hardware for two wheels. What arrived was a single wheel. I send an email of complaint with zero response from Living Well.

Hi there! We're so sorry about this! We don't have any emails from you but you are absolutely correct. The page from which you ordered this this represented the offer. That's been fixed. We're going to give you a full refund on this so that you can order a second wheel if you need it. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

You are asking for a review when I haven’t received the product. Not even a shipping notification. Yet your website promised three day delivery. I’ve tried to email customer support twice but no response. I am not happy with this experience. Living Well astoresvsaw this review and contacted me immediately by phone and email. They said they emailed and called several times before to explain a delay in my order and that they didn’t see my emails to customer service. Knowing that emails and phone calls can get lost in cyber space I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. It is interesting that today both the email and the phone call from Living Well Stores came through, and that they saw my review. I would still purchase from Living Well Stores in the future.

We're so sorry about thi! Your item is on a delayed ship until 6/4. We did email you on 4/27 with some options and we've also left several voice mail messages at the phone number you included with your order. We're just not sure what else we can do. Please do check your spam/junk email folder to see if you can locate our emails.

Hi Mr. Dyson, we see that you placed your order with us on Thursday, 4/9/2026. It was shipped on 4/10 via FedEx. These actually come from the mfr's Mexicali factory right over the California border. Due to tariff and border issues, the US government often and randomly slows these shipments by 1-2 days. We're so sorry about that, but your order is scheduled to arrive to you tomorrow, 4/17/2026.

To go into full details about the run around this company has done, there isn't enough space. Not only did they revoke the 5 year warranty after 2 years, they have conflicting information being given to us regarding the repairs repeatedly. I have contacted the BBB in order to discuss the concerns as well. Customer service never answers the phone, does not call back and only replies via email and their contact form. How is it I got a message back stating in 19 years they have never had the issue working with a repair company on work orders, told us the customer at our expense to take it to a new location, then told mobility city to repair it, but is now arguing with the repair company over the bill? And yet the customer who needs the mobility scooter, still doesn't have it due to those 2 businesses disagreeing on how to handle the repair? If I could give it zero stars I would.

We're so sorry about this. But the warranty on this product, as is the warranty on all products requires that the customer care for the product in accordance with the owner's manual. Scooters must not be stored outdoors, exposed to rain and snow. While the mfr and the first tech who examined your scooter considered it unrepairable, fortunately we had one who was extra-talented and was able to fix it. As a one time courtesy, the repairs were at no charge to you. Because of the extent of the damage, it just took a little longer to complete than we would have liked. We apologize for that. As recommended by the manufacturer, please store that scooter indoors when not in use and ride outdoors only on dry, clear days

The company was very helpful in placing an order, however, the delivery went wrong. The shipping label carried the name of the parent company instead of having my name on the shipping label. Delivery was made to the campground I am in, but the mail room could not release it because my name did not appear on the label. Fed Ex could not track the package because my name was not on the shipping label. When I called Livingwell back to explain the situation their response was simply, “I’m sorry is there anything else I can help you with”, I was very disappointed in their uncaring response for all the hassle they caused.

We're so sorry about this! We checked our call recordings and see that the rep you spoke with spent considerable time with you explaining that your package was delivered and how to locate it at the RV campground where it was delivered. We've also our counseled our order entry team to make sure that customer names are prominently displayed on the shipping label. We're going to give you a refund on the shipping fee for your inconvenience however. Safe travels!
