I bought an expensive mobility scooter…
I bought an expensive mobility scooter off them. I started running into electrical problems, To be fair they tried to solve the problem and for a time it worked, then came back again. It would shut off randomly I would have to get off the scooter lots of times on a hill and press a reset button. They told me that was inconvenient. If you have neuropathy it;s a LOT worse than that. Seems they are tired of it all and have bunkered up. Not returning my emails or calls.Everything I say here is the truth 2 stars for when the did try and help. They ask for a date but happened multiple times,

We're so sorry about this! As you know now, we've been in daily contact with you. We had our technician come out to inspect your scooter and, in consultation with the manufacturer, we learned that you live on a hill whose steepness far exceeds the capabilities of this medical mobility scooter. That is what has caused your issues. The good news is that we're covering the cost of the parts and labor to repair the scooter as a one-time courtesy. But if you must be able to climb that hill, you're going to want to look at a conventional gasoline-powered ATV.
