Communication was a bummer. It's hard to talk to a specific person and although they prefer to communicate via text or email, sometimes you just want to speak with a person. It takes many attempts to call before having t he opportunity to actually talk with someone. Other than that, I still love Living Well. I have rated them before with five stars.

I appreciate the final resolution. But sending the correct battery after first sending the wrong battery left me stranded much too long.

Shipping time was fine, but your price on the extensions was ridiculous for what they are and so was the shipping cost.

We agree with you 100%! A lot of people don't know that what you purchased actually is a part that goes with an FDA-regulated medical device. We're told by the manufacturer that all the costs involved in getting certified and approved drive the prices up massively. But then given that the price of the product was only $32, it is no longer possible for us to absorb FedEx shipping charges. The world has changed. We liked the old days better too
