At my girlfriend's recommendation, I applied and started writing for Livingston Research early this year. It has been an enlightening experience.
The good: Livingston provides good incentives for writers with systems and priorities. Accepting a case translates into immediate assignment. Some cases can be really interesting. The Support Team is fair and just most times.
Areas for improvement: If you're not careful, the confirmation system can bite you in the back. You may get unfair plagiarism warnings which you will have to contest (Fortunately, they will be rescinded if you provide a good argument and evidence). Also, the log in system with client 2FAs is stressful.
Overall, it's a good experience, though not perfect. It's more than good enough reason for me to hang around and see how far I can go with this.

I think I wasted my time applying here. No feedback why I scored zero in the 3rd phase of application, I know that I submitted the correct solution to the problem solving task and with explanation. I’m puzzled what went wrong!

18/05/2024: They r the worst. When Client didn't respond but the support team gave one sided penalty and than less satisfactory answers to the query. I have worked for them and my personal experience is worst . I would recommend not to join such place where your hard work is neither appreciated nor recognized.

out of nowhere, they will send you an email that you violated their policies.
I have a grade A account and they closed it this way.
I also created a new account and they closed it for violation as well. The funny thing it was 1st day and i didn't even take any tasks.

The deadlines for orders are set according to the Clients' requirements. As we work with freelancers all over the world, there is no need to make the deadline convenient for one specific time zone. By accepting the task, you confirm being able to complete the assignment before the deadline stated in the order.
As for the change of instructions or deadlines, the Support Team always makes sure that the Freelancer is able to complete the task on time and wait for their confirmation.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
3 tests are required for you to pass of the assessment phase, English, MCQ and a specific task which takes 60 minutes of related Medical biochemistry problem. Now, me being a Masters in Medicine and had completed a Medical Biochemistry with flying grades, and I know the task answer is correct, double-checked, it assesses as not accepted???! If you not accepting candidates just say so, dont waste our time!! Miserable.

I worked on almost 9 orders from past 3 days.
What is more surprising is they dont even try to understand the situation
First they told me that I have uploaded plagiarized file but when I explain to them that File was given to me by the client I've only attached some Cells from Excel as per Client's requirement.
Then they said Oh Okay it was our mistake.
Another bad thing about this platform is they trust blindly on Client's only not even dare to listen to Freelancer.
I was working on a Task and I have fulfilled all the requirements as per Client's demands then I got notifications that Client saying that there are some missing files and when I attached all the SS that the requirements are complete then they deducted half of my payment because of incomplete task.
Then after completing all my tasks that were pending all of sudden they terminated my account without any warning or proper reason.
In short it's totally a fraud.
