Dear Freelancer, We appreciate your feedback. Our waiting list consists of a huge number of applicants, which may extend the hiring process. Thus, our freelancers receive an update on their application status in accordance with their position on the waiting list.

I should have read the reviews before applying for this nonsense. Zero appreciation for the time and energy spent on their work. They don't deserve even one single star. One stupid client come and rate you low and you are gone. Funny how their clients seem to know it all yet they cant do their own work but push it all to Livingstone. Stay as far away from them as possible!

Their freelance test questions seem like they have been written by a primary school child or someone with 0 brain cells. There are multiple correct answers, typos and it does not examine your proficiency in English at all – its all very embarrassing for an academic editing company. Reviews are terrible so best to AVOID.

I have a Phd in English and I have failed their initial test, which has several mistakes. Having read the reviews, I´m happy they rejected me!

I worked with them for about three months. Communication was positive, but that was the only good thing about the experience. After completing several orders and receiving a negative review that I believe was unfair, they restricted my access to the platform. A few days later, they notified me that my account would be closed. I feel their handling of the situation was unfair, as they didn’t even allow me a chance to defend my work. Hard work and time spent are not appreciated, and their payments are incredibly low. Eight hours of work is compensated with only three dollars. Additionally, they can terminate your account at any moment, regardless of your performance.

At Livingston Research, we always prioritize quality, which is why our Terms of Use specify that we reserve the right to terminate cooperation and deactivate a freelancer’s account if quality concerns arise. You were notified via email two weeks before your account was deactivated, and this notice also served as a reminder to update your primary payment method to ensure the smooth processing of any pending payments. Kindly note that you always have a chance to dispute any penalties that were applied by contacting us via email or directly on the platform. All reports are reviewed and addressed within 2-3 business days. As for the order prices, they start from 3 USD per hour and depend on the task difficulty and deadline. Thank you for considering Livingston Research, and we wish you continued success in your professional pursuits.

They don't even deserve one star. I just wasted time applying to receive 1 star with no explanation. I have experience of 3 years working as an acedemic writer and editor. No revisions and bad or even average grades, but Livingston think I am 0. Wow, either they require applicants to have supernatural powers or ... I don't know.

While we understand how disappointing it can be to have your application declined, please know that decisions are not always based solely on the quality of the test task. Our evaluation process includes a variety of factors, including internal system triggers designed to ensure compliance with our platform's requirements. Unfortunately, we are unable to share the specifics to maintain the integrity of our process. We value the effort you put into applying and your extensive experience as an academic writer and editor. Thank you for considering Livingston Research, and we wish you all the best in your professional endeavors.

I have got 5 star from 5 clients out of 13 order done and become A + category writer. Then one client gives me 1 star saying that I didn't follow instructions. As a result they removed all available task from my dashboard. No value for my 5 five star review.!!!

They terminated my account for no reason! they said they said the performance was low quality, while i recently got a 5 star rating from a client and a tip for good work from another client. they said "we have to permanently disable your account. The decision is final and cannot be reconsidered" what a sheet ahh company, they can fire you at any moment and they don't even give you a chance to defend yourself. wouldn't recommend to anyone.
