You were notified via email two weeks before your account was deactivated, and this notice also served as a reminder to update your primary payment method to ensure the smooth processing of any pending payments. On our platform, prices for orders start from 3 USD per hour of work and depend on the task complexity and deadline. By accepting the task, you confirm being able to complete the assignment according to the details provided initially before the deadline stated in the order. Penalties may be applied if the freelancer's work does not correspond to the task instructions or if the freelancer does not manage to follow the task requirements. Kindly note that you always have a chance to dispute any penalties that were applied by contacting us via email or directly on the platform. All reports are reviewed and addressed within 2-3 business days. The information regarding the available payment methods was provided in the FAQ section during the application process. Besides, you may find the same information in the guidelines before starting the work on the platform. We understand that the availability of payout methods can vary by region, thus, we let our freelancers know about the available methods in advance. Besides, establishing the performance group after freelancers have completed five tasks allows us to assess their performance level with greater accuracy.
