WARNING - GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING REGARDING DELIVERY - couldn't get my new apartment keys until noon. We were told if delivery was scheduled before noon, we could just reschedule for the next day. However, when we requested that they tried to tell us we would owe another fee. Don't trust these people...it is always a different story. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Shopping experience is good, delivery and the different stories you get is a whole different experience.

Defective sofa and solution offered unacceptable.
Received sofa is defective and not as described. Multiple seams are uneven and puckered, there are tears in the fabric, excess material, and visible workmanship defects. Item arrived in unacceptable condition and does not match expected quality.
When I called to complain they offered a discount of roughly 20% (I don't want a discount...I want a quality product and I want to pay full price!) or to exchange it in (hopefully) 2-4 weeks but could be 6 or 8 (ummmmmm...I wanted a new one in good condition today...That's what we agreed to!).

Ordered a couch with delivery attempted 4 times by your logistics provider in Jersey (FGO Logistics). EACH time they arrive outside the delivery window and fail to deliver. This is not okay and complete waste of time. Customer service happens from start to finish, not just the point of sale. Terrible customer service, there is only a AI chat bot for customer service.

Salesperson did a great job selling the items requested. Delivery was fantastic. Problems with the product not great. I have tried numerous times to make contact to determine how to return/replace a chair. Cannot get through on the phone or the web page. Guess I will pack up the chair and walk into the store (maybe make a scene) to get some assistance.

Completely unreliable junk
I purchased an oversized power recliner for my mom who was recovering from surgery. It cost roughly $900. Just past a year, once the warranty ran out, the motor failed, and the company refused to help. For that amount of money, I would expect significantly better quality. I would not ever buy from them again.

I purchased a STEARNS & FOSTER mattress medium queen. I paid $2,799. I selected this mattress because of the store floor model display, but the one I recieved is different and does not meet my needs.
I am a "Disabled Veteran" with service connected "back injuries." The Living Spaces in Glendale, Arizona, "refuse," to exchange the mattress, even if I pay the difference for a different, one.
The Living Spaces Stores do not care about helping, "Disabled Veterans." They are "not" a Veteran friendly store, all they want is to make a profit.
Not Military or Veteran "friendly."

I have decided to take my case to the…
I have decided to take my case to the people so that they can decide for themselves whether Living Spaces is a company they can trust and confidently do business with. What transpired in my situation should never have occurred, particularly after their company was given multiple opportunities to resolve the matter appropriately. Unfortunately, at every stage, Living Spaces chose not to stand behind the quality of the product it sold or the commitments made to its customers.
Consumers have every right to expect that furniture purchased and delivered will arrive free from defects. In this case, the defects in the sectional sofa should have prompted immediate corrective action, including replacement of the entire 3-piece sectional. Instead, I was informed that my only options were to either “return or replace,” without any clear explanation that you were referring to only one piece of the sectional.
At no point would it have been reasonable to assume that I would return or exchange a single section of a 159-inch sectional sofa, thereby reducing it to approximately 109 inches and leaving the designated living space incomplete and unusable as intended. Furthermore, their company could not guarantee that any replacement piece would come from the same dye lot, despite the obvious risk of color variation and mismatch in fabric. This would only compound the existing issue and further diminish the appearance and value of the furniture I purchased.
The reality is that Living Spaces could not guarantee delivery of the product as originally purchased and represented. Under those circumstances, a full refund should have been handled promptly and professionally. Instead, the process became unnecessarily difficult and adversarial.
This experience demonstrates a concerning lack of accountability and raises serious questions regarding whether Living Spaces truly stands behind the products and warranties it sells. I believe prospective customers deserve to know the potential risks they face if defective merchandise is delivered and whether they can reasonably expect fair and responsible treatment from their company when problems arise.
People need to be warned that when buying from Living Spaces they should not sign for the product until they have carefully inspected their furniture and it is free from all defects.
