Buyer beware. First of all, the colors on the website don’t match the online orders. I picked out a sectional that did not look white on the website so I was given the option of an exchange. When they arrived to pick up the old sofa, the technicians would not take the sectional because had a couple of dog hairs on it. Apparently, if the technicians pick up the sofa and took it back to the warehouse with a minute amount of dog hairs, the cost of the sofa would come out of their paychecks. So I had to reschedule another pick up for a 100% dog hair free item. Believe me, I diligently tried to keep this sectional in pristine condition. I tried to cancel the new sectional that I ordered, however I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. Go and buy furniture somewhere else because they will screw you with this”special order” nonsense.

First I would like to start by saying my entire house is living spaces and I jave always found the furniture to be good quality. I buy the more expensive pieces. Now I recently went in to replace a sectional I bought at Ashley's that was 6000 dollars that began to peel after just 3 years. I bought the Nestlé sectional for 2800.00. Half Ashley's. It arrived wrapped in plastic that showed no sign of damage. Howeve after unwrapping it had damage all over it. They chose to wrap up that damage and deliver it to me. I have Amex and im protected from this crap and I let them know I would be filing a claim. Then they offered to replace it when at first it was repair. I waited a month and a half for the new sectional and when they came to deliver it they claimed my couch had dog hair on it. It didnt. I have yorkies and they dont shed. I had to send pics to corporate asking them to tel me which couch was which. They obviously couldn't tell them apart. I think what they try to do is have you agree to let them keep the new cushions so they can try and sell the used couch as new. Honestly had they asked I would have agreed as their wasnt anything wrong with cushions. It just had tears all over the base. I wanted to write this review to warn people who remember the old living spaces. Its not that anymore. It's turned into a mostly cheap crappy service furniture store. Amazing how you can watch businesses just completely fall from grace. I remember when their waranty service went bankrupt lol. Don't shop here. There is an amazing place called the potato barn. They will get my business in the future. I only wish I had gone there first. Live and learn!

It was easy to order. My recliner arrived on time. Easy to put together. Very comfortable. I would purchase again.

Employees ignored us for an hour. Lone Tree Colorado store. Only 2 employees helping customers. The rest, appx 8, were chatting at the front desk. We left with $4k in planned purchases. Best of luck with your furniture collection, Living Spaces ... we won't be back.

Update: After nearly three years of not being able to sit on the sofa I bought here due to the poor quality I finally got it removed and bought a great sofa from a small mom and pop shop called comfort living! Has lifetime warranty and they seem to really care about their customers. What a company like Living Spaces, who does not care about their customers, doesn't realize is that even though they ripped me off 3k for a terrible sofa that caused me back pain and provided a rug that whose fibers broke apart daily is that they lost any future potential sales from me and everyone else they screw over. Moreover I warn my friends and family to avoid. I have never done that and only Living Spaces earned that. Comfort living will be getting my money from here on out. Avoid this place as they sell garbage and once you give them your money youre stuck, whether it's hurting your body or not. So, I bought two things from them; the blue couch in the photos and the rug in the photos. Despite looking very nice I had the following problems. 1. Rug: Every time I step on it the fibers stick to my feet. They get all over the house. I found them in the kitchen, my bathroom, my backyard, my car, even at work. I spent 4 months continually picking them up. I finally gave up and the rug is in storage not being used. Complete loss on investment. 2. Sofa: The sofa is so poorly made that when I sit in the love seat it pulls my lower back into the cushions, which over time has caused terrible lower back pain. I tried using the other two seats but experienced the same problem. The cushions are so flimsy it provides 0 back support. I tried laying on it and was actually slipping in between the seats. Not only am I out of money, but I have one piece of furniture that causes a mess, and another which causes physical pain. I don't have the funds to buy new furniture and therefore am stuck with these huge unused things in my place. Could not be more disappointed. Update: I followed up as the moderator advised. The store can do nothing and makes you contact corporate. I did. They took no action to rectify the matter in any way, as seen by the newly added photo of their final reply. Also added a photo of the loose threads from the carpet. I advise you to avoid this place as the quality of their products is low, and the quality of their customer service is indicative of how much they truly care for their customers. Go to Wayfair or even Amazon, or suffer buyers remorse as I did.

They get two stars only because of the staff in the stores. Quality and design is inferior and when you need customer service they will respond but they make it difficult. The technician that came to inspect my issue with the replacement they already sent which had the same design issues was a third party. He told me one thing and reported another ( he lied ). My couch was brand new and I had to buy another one somewhere else.

From the Grand Opening Day to the day we actually purchased our furniture, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The financing was easy. I look forward to seeing how my furniture looks in my home.

Spoke to a supervisor named Rene, after three text chats, one website chat and one phone call. Their warranty seems designed to create so many burdens that hopefully you forget about the warranty. Here is a specific example of how this is done: 1) you have to send a chat (wait for AI agent to get a real human, wasting a ton of time,) 2)They then tell you to “file” a claim under warranty and send you a text link to START (rather than complete) the process, 3) they say they will send you the sales receipt info that YOU WILL NEED to complete the claim, but don’t do it and can’t prove they did. 4) When you tell them it was never sent nor received (bc you were counting on this to remind you of the next step), they say it was YOUR job to babysit them and waste more time following up, rather than producing proof that they sent it by simply forwarding the copy they originally sent. This seems deliberate. 5) Further, before submitting a claim, you MUST upload a photo of the damage, but what happens when damage is not visible, like a bed that has a touch light that doesn’t work? Their response was to upload a photo anyway, but didn’t specify this in instructions. 6) They say it takes three days for someone to get back to you about the claim eligibility, but how would eligibility be determined if the damage is not visible?? All in all, if they have perfected and prioritize the SALES process, you know they can be more efficient about the service process. Their not doing so is a choice rather than circumstance. Would never buy from them again. Costco is a superior alternate both in product quality and service.
