STAY AWAY! If I could give a zero, I would. Save yourself headaches and time. Salesperson gave us misinformation and hounded us to buy. They sent a used damaged leather power recliner. The leather was scraped and looked like they tried to repair it previously and so it wasn't seen right away upon delivery. I called the same day it was delivered to get it returned. They did pick it up. The problem is with getting my credit card refund. There is no direct phone number to the store to call only a call center where some team members will put you on hold for hours and never get back to you. Same tactics on chat. We purchased this table back in January of this year. We noticed that it began to bubble from underneath. Reading the reviews, this seems to be a common issue with this table. We even have where the paint has peeled from the bubbling, and it is beginning to crack, but Living Spaces tells us that the warranty does not cover this! Bad quality product! Poor customer service! We are not happy at all with the table and the poor warranty support. I will NOT be recommending Livingspaces to any friend because you do not stand behind your products. We submitted a warranty claim with these pictures, and it was denied as "superficial damage"? Bubbles forming under the paint is lousy quality and not "superficial damage." This is NOT superficial damage or a water stain. I wanted to speak to someone or send a video to see the damage; instead, we get a canned reply. We live 10 mins from the Gilbert store, but instead of sending someone out, we get an email address to send some pictures to. Completely unsatisfactory customer service especially considering that we spent over $8k at your store. We will NOT be going back and will make sure to let EVERYONE know that you do not stand behind your product!

I wish I would have read the reviews on here before purchasing from living spaces. I ordered my couch in April, it is now nearing August and I still don’t have an exact date for delivery. Every rep you speak to gives you the run around and basically lies because I’ve been told “it should get there by next week” then “by next month forsure” and I still haven’t received anything. This is super frustrating. At what point is this considered stealing?

they are liars and untrustworthy. stay away Worst products and customer service. I bought an automatic recliner sofa less than a month ago and it would stop working and when I call the warranty they said they will be able to service it only after 2 months. Are you this stupid to provide service?

My fiancé and I bought a house and I was so excited I started to shopping for furniture. It’s was close to midnight when I found the sofa that I wanted so I placed the order. The very next morning I called to confirm the color of the sofa was white. After calling several times confirming the color several representative confirm that the Curious pearl is white. A few days later I receive three swatches of colors. One of colors was Elliot snow which is closer to the color white. I was so upset because I have been told by so many representative that the curious pearl was white however it is not curious pearl is beige. I contacted them spoke with another representative who advised me that she was sending information to the department that was making the sofa to get the color corrected. After waiting for weeks I received a text message saying that the order was ready to be shipped. I called in and set up a delivery date confirm the color and the color is still wrong curious pearl. I call back escalated to a manager and I was told that a manager will contact me within 24 to 48 hours. That never happened I called back again and the representative told me that the manager closed out the case and no notes on my account to the reason why. I never received a phone call. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered anything from these people and this will be the last. They have lied multiple times and never tried to correct the issue after being told by a representative that the color was white in which it wasn’t. There was no attempt to try to make the situation correct. There was no accommodation to try to rectify anything.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have waited on the phone 3 times and every single time have been hung up on. I have waited 2 months for this dining table and it was set to be scheduled this Saturday. Now looking online, they have changed it to say no scheduled delivery time. I am furious. I was fine waiting for the long two months due to Covid, but not even a call or reason why it is no longer scheduled is frustrating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE. Still haven't even gotten a chance to speak to a representative. This is beyond ridiculous.

Appalling state of business here. We order a special order item on Feb 22nd and here we are in July, and they kind of have no clue when we will get it. We paid for it on Feb 22nd, and were told we would receive it in May. Ordered and paid - Feb 22nd Dates of delivery misses: 1. 5/2 2. 5/31 3. 6/23 4. 7/9 5. 7/21 ( Upcoming, I am sure) It's really sad that our money is stuck, and we cant get a new couch for our home without losing the 25% of our payment. We have gone to the store 4 times since this original order, and their customer service is really not up to par. You will definitely lose our future business, and many more that I work with since no one should have to go through this much pain to get a couch!!!

We ordered our couch in May of this year. Delivery was set up at that time, and then re scheduled for July 6th. So yesterday the robo calls reminding us to stay home today and take delivery began. So we did exactly that . At the very end of our delivery window time someone called to reschedule delivery for July 20th. I happened to look at the tracking history and found the couch has been sitting in Fargo since June 9th ( 5 Hrs and 26 Minutes away by normal traffic speed obeying the speed limits) OR 112 hrs by foot which works out to about 5 days. The tortoise they are using is probably very tired from the journey but there are other modes of transport. I did attempt to call and was hung up on by customer service but only a couple times and only 10 minute wait each time. I then attempted to Chat online and waited the "few minutes" A few minutes in living spaces time and a few minutes in my time are two very different things. While I waited online I read a book, did some laundry , had dinner, wrote this review
