Wendy Nadler my sales rep was beyond incredible!! I ordered a bed frame and mattress online including, full service delivery. I received all the products but ended up having to put together the bed by myself. They just laid the mattress on the floor and the bed frame at my front doorstep. I called customer service but nothing happened. Then I went to the store in North Scottsdale and told Wendy about what happened. Without hesitation she called her boss and rectified the problem. They took $99 (the additional full service delivery fee) off my next purchase, a box spring. Thank you Wendy and Living Spaces North Scottsdale for your exceptional service!!

Ordered a leather chair. It came with a damaged frame and damaged leather. They said I could exchange it for the same chair. Then they said it would not be in stock for over 30 days I said I could wait. They said over 30 days violates their exchange policy. I said it is not my fault the chair came damaged but no they do not waiver even if it is their fault. So I said give me a refund. They refused to refund the $100 delivery fee. Again absurd horrible customer service. They said I could wait the 30 days, order the same chair and pay again $100 delivery fee. Worst company, poor quality furniture, zero customer service I will never usethem again
