My mom and I went into Living Spaces to purchase a sofa. We weren’t set on anything particular except that we needed something moderately priced and yet comfy and cute. Riffi helped us along the way. We went and checked out every couch, she followed (not in pushy way, at all) and helped with all of our questions and let us know about modifications that could be done. It took us maybe 2 hours and she stuck with us until we found what was a perfect set! She helped every bit of the way, even the purchase and delivery part. She also has a sense of humor which my mom and I appreciated!

LISA AND LEROY were amazing help!! We went in looking for a couch and the both of them helped us pick the right one out and they were both so extremely patient with us when we were making the decision. Lisa was very sweet & gave great advice when I was sharing my thoughts with her. She made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Explained every thing thoroughly too. I hope she’s there when I come back to look for a dining room table! Haha

I am very happy with the customer service at the Irvine store. The sales and customer service staff are courteous and helpful.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. I recently had surgery and needed a recliner that had separate controls for head and legs. I contacted their online sales agents not once but twice to confirm that the chair I was about to order did in fact have that capability. I took a screen shot of the second one as proof, because it wasn't clear they were actually checking the product while I was chatting with them. Sure enough, the recliner gets here, and doesn't have the very capabilities they said it had. I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay the restocking fee (plus the pick up fee) even though I have PROOF that their sales people flat out lied to me. Total SCAM and heartless.

My sales associate, Josh, was amazing. He stayed with me throughout my visit and worked diligently to find just the right combination for my odd space and needs. I’m looking forward to receiving the sofa and relaxing 😎 Thanks Josh for making my shopping experience a success and so easy.
