The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and polite. He checked to see what we where looking for (which was a wall hugger recliner with the long handle on the side) and took us into the warehouse where the recliners were located, and then he excused himself and went to get a salesperson who he said would know more about the items. He introduces us to Jaymie and she was wonderful. She double checked what we where looking for and proceeded to show us what was available. She was patient with me and listened to my questions, and was friendly and polite satisfying my worries and questions. She made the whole process quick and easy without making me feel like she was just trying to push a product on me that I didn't really want.

The sales team had the fundamental knowledge and expertise to present the differences in the value of their products. There were options we considered beforehand that my wife and I had thought was the best overall options in our situation though quickly learned otherwise. After building a rapport with them we made the better decision on the options we had and from there we then could decide what other factors to consider in the purchases made that day.

You will be greeted when you come in but not because a salesperson wants commission from your purchase-- the employees here work commission free, so I was able to peruse the large selection at my leisure and have my questions answers straightforwardly. The staff that helped me were very knowledgeable and patient, making the process easy and enjoyable.

I purchased the sofa that is very cheaply made and uncomfortable. I asked if they would make an exchange. I was told by Lizzie they would for the equal value so then I spoke with Rojer, who then spoke with his supervisor and was told they would not because I went over my date. They delivered the sofa and told me I had to be home to sign then delivered it ahead of time and just threw it into my porch area and there was nobody home to sign for it. When I came home from work it was there. I don’t know how they made it in because it was locked. Needless to say they will not work with you after they sell you cheap furniture. Be careful where you shop.
