Devan helped us with all the pieces we were looking for and was helpful with the financing and options for our purchase. Easy transaction.

The great customer service

Purchased an 8x10 area carpet. Was a very good price for the quality of rug. My disappointment was when we got it home in better light than the store; we noticed it was quite soiled. It was obviously a floor model that was walked on and soiled. I accepted a no return policy because of good price. Full disclosure that carpet was a floor model would have been appreciated. Would I still have purchased? Probably because of good price. I shampooed the carpet several times and it now looks good.

I was in need to fill my new apartment completely. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by staff. Three employees assisted me with my purchases and were very knowledgeable and patient. Loved the store. Loved the employees. Loved my purchases!

Very knowledgeable and kind associates. Went out of their way to get me a faster delivery!

Sam did an excellent job listening to our needs and helped us navigate through the showroom to the item that we eventually purchased. The purchase was easy and seemless. We were happy with our decision.

Great service and we were very well accommodated with a genuine design specialist. Thank you.

It can be overwhelming to walk into a furniture store like this, but literally everyone was so helpful (without being too pushy). I appreciated that they helped us find styles similar to what we were finding and liking and Megan specifically was masterful at helping us use the software to see if our chair would fit. Absolutely will shop here again!
