The custom furniture sold at living spaces is a high-end farce. They make you feel like you are getting quality custom furniture you are definitely paying the price for it. The edges of my pillows have frayed and I have had to have them replaced multiple times. My ottoman cushion is sagging and frayed. The pillows and I’m assuming the Ottoman were put together with one single stitch with fabric that should be sewn together with a double stitch. The replacement process is frustrating. My furniture purchased at other stores like pottery barn have lasted and are high quality. I will never shop here again, and I will warn everyone to stay away unless you want the continual headache of replacing furniture over and over again.

Do not buy furniture with the Carefree Plan. There is no live person to talk to, and the overall experience is frustrating. I’ve also seen many similar complaints in customer reviews. Once you buy your furniture, there is a strict 7-day return or exchange policy. Even if you barely used the item, if you later realize it causes back pain due to poor sofa construction, no one seems to care. The manager gave me his business card but did not respond to my emails for weeks. We purchased the Carefree Plan and were told we could cancel within 60 days. However, there is no live customer support and no easy way to cancel, despite what was promised. You need to start the cancellation process several weeks before the 60-day deadline. Be aware. Agreed. I WILL NEVER SAY A GOOD THING ABOUT LIVING SPACES. Hours started when we tried to return something within 24 hours of its receipt and it cost us $700 to do the return. The next red flag went up when just a few months after receipt we tried to return a table that had the top surface flaking off. They called it “normal wear and tear”! What a ridiculous company customer service is obviously not anything they are interested in.

Purchased my Furniture on 12/28/2025 was informed Delivery was going to be on 1/24/25, Delivery was on time and very nice people that came in unfortunately the items did not come in the specifications my husband and I had discussed with sales person at time of purchase, Order was cancel and had to drive over 45 min from home to nearest store to reselect items was informed by Managers and supervisors that since there was an issue with order my new selection would be deliver within 0-3 business days and off course that didn't happen My husband and I have been with no furniture for over an Month now and have to wait again for another week to get our items all you get from them is Sorry. I was told I was going to get a call on Sunday by Manager Rudy who assisted me on selecting new items and that didn't happen I'm still waiting on that call. so to say the least this has been the worst experience buying Furniture from such a Hi star review store. I recorded all our experiences at store and by phone will be submitting a complaint to BBB even though nothing might get done but the negative impact will be there and that is what matters

Bought a box spring today. Service rep was very nice and helpful. Appreciate the great service.

They are selling items they do not have. When they admit they have know idea if or when they will be able to send you the item they still refuse to give you a refund. They even suggest you send the item (the one they never sent you) back for a refund and you pay all the shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I have gotten furniture from here multiple times. Its always friendly and easy. I like that they give you your space to walk around. The furniture just seems better quality here too.
