Have not received the lift yet, but the attention we got pre-sale was wonderful, lots of communication . We are Canadian buyers from an American company, they answered all of our questions very quickly about everything including the shipping, which is free. We could not find a Canadian dealer, Live Oak Med was so helpful and we looking forward to our delivery.

Reviewing Liveoakmed and reviewing the product Indeelift are 2 different things. So far we haven't had to use the device Indeelift, but it seems to be a good product. We bought it hoping we would not need it, but it is good to have when someone deals with frequent falling especially while it is more dangerous to call first responders during a virus pandemic. I will review Indeelift when we have used it. Now to Liveoakmed: Their service and help were extraordinary. They answered all my questions and helped me through the ordering process and delivery was prompt.
