Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I assume or messages have not been received updating you on your order's status. The refund was for the delayed shipping schedule. For international orders to be delivered free of duties, taxes, and additional fees they must ship directly from the factory. Unfortunately, due to increased demand and limited staffing the factory is delayed in assembling and packaging the HFL systems. We anticipate receiving an update on this order today. We will keep you posted and will also provide an additional refund as a result of the miscommunication. Thank you for your continued patience.

Julie, thank you so much for your feedback. We are sorry for our team's delay and inability to meet the shipping expectation. With the bench's size and hygienic requirements, the inspection and packaging process takes time. Our warehouse's limited staff faced a much longer process inspecting the new sliding benches than anticipated last week. Shipping a bench usually requires 1 to 2 business days. But with the added inspections it required 3 days to ship. We know that with a product of this nature, 3 business days to have the physical box on the truck plus its time in transit is unacceptable and we will work with our partners to avoid this mistake in the future. We appreciate your continued patience and look forward to you receiving your order at the beginning of next week. We are also including a 25% discount on your order for the additional delay and inconvenience. Thank you again for the review.
