Everything was as it said it was! It works! Only problem I have his getting my butt on the platform but I can do it! My wife rolls it to me or I scoot to the lifter. No more embarrassing calling the neighbors or the fire department!

This is a very sturdy and stable piece of equipment to help my father up from the floor. Unit is relatively compact, given what it can do, and his wife can wheel it into place. There was one problem with shipping which was immediately corrected. I hope we never need to use it, but it sure is comforting to know we can.

we tested it and it works as advertised. it's built like the proverbial tank. The service people went out of their way to get me the device promptly as I had a urgent need for it. I actually had it in my house in less than 24 hrs from the time I ordered it. never expected that kind of service but was very happy to get it.
