Went beyond just sales of an item. Assisted in understanding unique situation and assisted.

Quality product. Simple assembly. Fast delivery.

Wow! Utterly blown away by Andy (owner) and the level of service we received. I'm typing this on behalf of my mother who purchased the IndeeLift HFL for my Father who is starting to fall more and more. I could go on and on about how much Andy and his company have exceeded expectation but I'll just paste the email from Mom to us siblings below: "The owner, Andy, was a delightful young man and he assembled the lift and it is set to go. It fit perfectly in dad’s closet where the bench was before. I honestly believe that this is an answer to prayer as I try to keep your dad at home forever in the sunshine on the deck!" You see, we were trying to get this product to Savannah from Atlanta and given COVID and the holiday season, the typical shipping companies weren't able to come through. Andy realized this and offered to drive the lift down to Savannah....talk about character and doing the right thing. Thanks Andy and Live Oak Med!

You were there for me when I needed help. The Innbee lift is here and it's all I need for a safe device to get me off the floor. Use me for a reference anytime.

Thank goodness, my Lifting Machine worked. Now I have a way to get up if I fall since I live alone.

In shopping for the item I purchased Live Oak Med had the best price and free shipping. To make the purchase better they have already shipped the item just 2 days later.

The customer service is excellent! With everything going on with Xmas around the corner and everything going on with the virus and all Andy answered every question I had about the product and helped getting it shipped out as soon as possible. When I was looking to purchase the lift I looked at four or five sites and they either didn’t know anything about the product or didn’t even bother to return my phone calls or emails. Andy went out of his way to inform me about the product and answer all my questions. Thanks! A+++ company and employees!

This order was filled promptly and the price is competitive.
